"Beautiful Hotel"

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. I was told that every room in the hotel is exactly the same size and would not be able to "upgrade". The sink is part of the living quarters and you can't open the...

"Hotel was good but not amazing considering how much it all cost. Daily rates were high and room service of an egg sandwich around $80?"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"Great big rooms with kitchens unlike the other boutique hotels. Nice. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Front desk staff have no personality at all and just sit there. No amenities in hotel as you walk out in the streets. (Most of the boutique hotels have multiple restaurants, coffee, lobby, music with vibe. Nothing here. Wheel chair accessible gate to go down 5 steps was out of service so we had to ask desk clerk to take large suitcases up/down when arriving/leaving."

"We were in town for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. First time in Williamsburg. The hotel was convenient, and the downstairs amenities were nice."

"Floor was not clean. On our last day one of the beds were not made/cleaned by housekeeping. Bathroom shower curtain not clean. Weird bathroom layout. No bathroom in lobby? Not sure if that’s normal. Fridge in room was not cold."

"Amazing find !!! Great rooms, great location, friendly staff, bar was super fun !!! We’ll be back"

"Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet. Great location. Will definitely stay here again."
