This 7 bedroom palace includes imported light fixtures from Italy and Germany, hand crafted Mahogany wood work throughout the home, etched glass on the doors, hand painted murals, wet bar, wine refrigerator, roman columns, and so much more.

The grounds are manicured for a romantic evening event or a relaxing afternoon sitting around the pool and garden with your family and closest friends.

A chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a feast fit for a king. Your kingdom includes a built-in pebble tech swimming pool, outdoor bar-b-que island, two custom cabanas, fruit trees, and 180 degree lake and Mountain View.

Our Perris’ Prosecco Palace, comfortably sleeps 22 guests, with our 7 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Our home features two bedrooms with twin beds that can only be accessed by walking through the full bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, as well as 4 twin rollaway that can utilized during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided.

After a morning enjoying the stunning view, an afternoon dip in the pool, spend your evening make some life long memories in our game room, equipped with foosball, ping-pong, air hockey and indoor basketball.

Our Perris' Prosecco Palace is located just 50 minutes from Disneyland, 45 minutes from Temecula, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Los Angeles and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Joshua Tree and Big Bear.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-Please note that the pool is not heated
-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $50 (plus tax) per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay.
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
* Cleaning Fees Cost Explained - Sunnydays Vacation Rentals is committed to paying our housekeepers a living wage and we will not use cleaners that are not legal to work in the United States. All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.
-The gate is inoperable and shall remain open

30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
When booking for 30+ nights:
1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
4) An additional utility fee of $40 (plus tax)/night will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
5) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
6) Please note that the pool can not be heated
7) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.

Our family and friends chose this place for the amazing views and the dressing room for the bride and her girlfriends. It was magical. We loved drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking over the beautiful scenery. It was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and outdoor grill. The rooms show a little wear, but are huge and comfortable. Sunny Days was very responsive whenever we contacted them for anything. It was a perfect stay for us, leaving lifelong sweet memories.

The property only has 4 real bedrooms. Some additional rooms, such as walk-in closets, study rooms, and other spaces, have been converted and counted as bedrooms. However, access to these converted rooms may require walking through other bedrooms, limiting privacy.

I would have given this property 5/5 Stars on everything but due to miscommunication in scheduling with the cleaning crew and Barefoot Vacation Rentals, We checked into a filthy home. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral and had been flying all day to walk into an unwelcome sight. The cleaning crew did come and thoroughly cleaned the property. Barefoot Vacation Rentals made it right at the end of the day.

Had I been forewarned about the restrictive and transactional nature of the property management company at Barefoot Property Rentals I would not have booked with their property - Perris Prosecco Place. Our multigenerational family dinner weekend was not what was expected. The property listing is inaccurate and was misrepresented on the VRBO listing. You are advertising a 7/8 bedroom home but failed to disclose that four of the “rooms” were only accessible through the 3 upstairs bedrooms and were actually large converted walk-in closets with miniature doorways and lowered ceilings that were less than 5ft 6in - it was challenging and disappointing to the couples who paid equal share in the cost who got assigned to “rooms” most of whom were 5ft 7in and taller. We are a family of social sector leaders, educators and health care professionals and our extended family anchors us. We come together once a year and this year decided to do it in honor our matriarchs milestone birthday. And to ask adults to sleep in closets was mortifying. Your property listing failed to mention that closets were being used as sleeping areas. When the concern was brought to the property manager’s attention we were not met with consideration nor effective resolution. Moreover a pill was found of the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms and we had children under 2 years of age crawling around. Perhaps the last and even more disturbing thing was the final night of our stay, my cousin was startled by a rat running across one of the downstairs bedrooms! I requested some compensation/refund for the inaccurate and misleading listing of the property but was denied. We made the best of our multigenerational dinner celebration for my aunt but the embarrassment and lack of resolve tainted our stay and my aunts 70th birthday dinner weekend. A report has been filed with VRBO as your listing is inaccurate and misleading. After due research it was found that the County of Riverside Assessors office may be of help in resolving this matter.
