    This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 Season Porch, Kitchen, Living Room, and outdoor living will be perfect for our family getaway or a girl's trip.

    This is an absolutely awesome location for not only a summer paradise trip but a winter getaway for a girl's weekend, guy's outing or for family fun! You and your group will love Perham and the surrounding area Summer, Fall, Winter or Spring! Some of our favorites are Gathering Grounds for coffee, breakfast, or brunch. Shopping Perham's downtown. Dinner and drinks at the Brew. Zorbaz for the Best Pizza! Unique dinner experience at the 1894 Church. Drinks at the Big Pine Lodge and live music. And our favorite for an upscale dinner...Spanky's!

The house is great! The dock and beach are beautiful! Kitchen is wonderful. Our favorite part was the screened in porch, we could listen to the waves while protected from bugs at night. Peaceful. This is a special place!

Beautiful place

This place was very nice the only thing I can complain about is it said it slept 12 and there was only 6 or 7 beds and it was a guys weekend lol so there wasn’t enough beds for everyone but it worked out very nice place would recommend for sure

Gorgeous and bigger than expected with excellent views. Hosting multiple generations the place felt welcoming with plenty of space for us to be all together without feeling cramped or spread out in smaller groups. The 80 year old patriarch camped out in the massaging lift chair! The new bonus room and half bath above garage with multiple beds was an excellent extension of space but do bring slippers/shoes for the interior steps to connect to main house. Would love to rebook next year! We love sit so much we extended by a day.

Annual family lake gathering

One of the best stays we've had. Well-stocked with everything we needed...the only exception would be grilling utensils but we made due without problem. Comfortable space for 11 of us whether to be all in the kitchen/living great room or on the 3 season porch taking in the view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Kari!
