This recently renovated Gulf Front unit features new paint, new flooring, shiplap, and stainless steel appliances. New exercise equipment and paved grill area complete your relaxing getaway! This is one of the best bargains on the beach!

This affordable beachfront condo is right on the beach and has fantastic views of the Gulf. You can enjoy the sunrise and beautiful views from your private beachfront balcony. This unit is on the second floor above the beach.

The Perdido Skye mid-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island Seashore and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to a great selection of fine and casual dining.

This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Recent upgrades/features include:

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key, and I was searching for a unit that would check off all the boxes. This unit did just that! What attracted me to the unit is the way it was decorated and its location on the 1st floor. Let me start out by saying, whoever did the interior decorating did a wonderful job! It felt beachy and had a touch of country charm. The unit had everything we needed and was spacious enough for the two of us. Also, I am not a fan of constantly riding elevators, so this unit being only one flight of stairs up, made it even better. We did use the elevator to tote the luggage up and down, however. I think the most important and surprising part of this booking is the communication from the owner. Kye responded to all questions promptly, and he also sent the check in information a few days before, unlike some other bookings, where I had to contact the owner to see when I would get my check in package. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

Nicely decorated and comfortable condo. Clean and kitchen was well stocked. This is a quiet complex and convenient to restaurants and shops and pretty beach. The door lock was problematic at times. The cover was off the balcony a/c unit. I would recommend this unit.

Fantastic condo, fantastic location!

My wife and I were thrilled with our week at Perdido Skye. We found this first floor (not ground floor) unit perfect for us, overlooking pool and feeling very close to the beach and water. Tastefully decorated inside, comfortable couch and rocker chair, very comfortable chairs on the balcony where we spent much time, well-appointed kitchen and excellent bed. The beach in front of us and the low rise property to the right was relatively sparsely populated (despite mid-July) which was not the case for the high rise condos to the east. Beautiful sugar sand and the water was warm and clean. We'll rent this again, God willing! EXCELLENT communication with the hosts, not much needed but we knew we could get them. Thanks for a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key! The condo was exactly as listed - clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, organized, and convenient. The only item we were disappointed in was the pool still being under construction. In the listing at the time, it stated the construction would be done by the time our stay came around. We completely understand that this was out of the owner's control, but if the pool is very important to you ask first. Either way though, we loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone and would most definitely stay again! Thank you for opening up your home to share!

The condo was perfect size for me and my husband. It was very clean and well stocked with house hold necessities, the beach was nice and quiet not crowded, and grocery store near by. The manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. We actually extended our stay by 2 extra days and will stay again in the future.

The check in process was easy. The apartment decor was great. I love the beachy coastal look. Hats off to whoever decorated the apartment. Comfy bed, plenty of charging outlets. The only things that kept my review from being all 5’s was the cleaners could have done a better job and there was a lot of building exterior that work going on (out of the owner’s control).

Great condo in Perdido Key

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Perdido Key. The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The pool was really cold so I don’t think it’s heated and there is no hot tub as advertised on the listing but everything else was on point. Had a few issues that the property manager took care of immediately. We will definitely be back.

Unit was not clean when we arrived. Immediately called property manager who answered on first call. He coordinated with cleaning company to clean the unit and the property manager provided a $75 gift certificate to a restaurant across the streetwhile we waited

Great location

Great location overlooking stunning beach with a view that is second to none. If you’re going to Pensacola this is a great little unit that is very wonderfully located. Did have a mishap with being sent lock wrong code to enter unit which was surprising. Also there was mistake with management getting the date of my arrival wrong and the laundry/bedding was not done until the day after I arrived. I spoke with owner who was extremely apologetic and very sorry for this happening and we worked it out. Based on our conversation I doubt something like this will ever happen again. Once in awhile things o a bit awry but all good now.

Good stay

Stay was good. I don’t have any complaints other than remodeling of the whole complex which is out of the owners hands and our door code was about 30 minutes late which didn’t matter as we didn’t arrive til later anyways. That room was very clean with kitchen essentials. Kye was very responsive when I messaged with questions.
