We tried to think of everything you may need when we set this condo up for vacation guest, well maybe not everything but all the essentials to relax and prepare your own meals. A comfortable place to lounge with a great view best describes this condo.

Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is in one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach.
The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach are only 200 steps away. This is a waterfront property directly on Little Sabine Bay. Ideal for paddleboards, kayaks or bring your boat. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resort is about 500 feet to the East. You can walk to get a cheeseburger in paradise at their Landshark Bar. A trolly stops right in front of the building for free rides west to Peg Leg Pete's fresh seafood restaurant or east to the main entertainment corridor.

The condo is nicely decorated. Their is a new king size bed and two new queens in the master bedroom. Comfy sheets and quality towels are provided, but you may want to bring your favorite beach towel and plenty of sunscreen. We also have beach chairs and a cooler you can use.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Seating for eight at the table and the bar. Or you can sit on the huge balcony and look for Dolphins swimming by in the Gulf of Mexico.

Check in was at 4. We showed up at 4:15 and the condo was not ready and we were told to wait outside. So, we stood with the luggage cart in the hallway for 15 minutes. Once we got in, the dishwasher had not been unloaded and the kitchen rugs needed replaced or at least washed. We realized after getting home that we had left a few things behind in one of the closets and reached out and was told it happens all the time. This was Labor Day weekend and to date, we are still trying to get those items back. We have offered to meet during the trips the host had made through our area. We have offered a FedEx account number and have offered to immediately Venmo after confirming postage amount and have received excuses or now no response at all. We realize leaving clothes behind was our mistake, and this is the first time we have ever done so…but this is extremely unprofessional. We just want our items back.

This trip was very nice. This condo supplied us all the comforts of home. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful views and property. I had one small dog whom did very well because all the animals were on a leash and well mannered as we hope for when in countering other fur babies. Thanks for a nice relaxing trip.

We were there for the view, & it did not disappoint! Beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure/spray, kitchen was adequate with plenty of pots/pans/plates, etc as well as a kuerig & regular coffee pots, & toaster. We never had to wait long for the elevator, & the common areas were kept clean. The washers/dryers worked well & and were reasonably priced. We traveled with our dogs & they settled right in.

Beautifully decorated condo, accessible to the best restaurants, shopping and beach. Huge windows in all rooms provide beautiful views to the beach. We would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay with an incredible view. Very clean and comfortable and extremely well stocked with anything you may need. A short walk or quick drive to the beach access which was a true highlight! The beach was phenomenal! Hope to visit again next year and definitely would choose this lovely condo!!

July Vacation at Sabine yacht club

The condos are nice. Somewhat updated and great view of ocean. The grounds are well kept. The other guests and staff are very friendly and it is centrally located. We did not have enough towels, but there is a laundromat on site so we were able to wash. The condos are not on the beach but across the street and it's not a far walk at all. The description says there is a hot tub on the site, but there is not however there is an exercise room, pool, and a sauna. We will definitely stay again.

Family beach vacay

We were welcomed by everyone in the building and the community. Sabine is a perfect location for a family vacation- right across from the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, private pool for residents and guests. Loved every minute!

Nice condo, not the best beach access

The condo was nice, with a lovely view of the gulf. Unfortunately we were delayed getting into the unit due to the cleaning crew not being done. The beach access is also not accurately represented in the pictures - the actual beach access is approximately 800-1000 ft down the street, past the holiday inn express, which creates a real challenge when you’re carrying chairs, coolers, tent, etc. - so future renters beware.

Emerald Coast Gem

Easy checkin and communication with property manager, Casey, was excellent. I cant wait to stay again. The location was perfect. Easy access to safe biking and walking trails and the view was spectacular. Beach access was a liitle bit of a walk so make sure you pack a beach wagon if you can. Also, super cool when the Blue Angels do fly overs on the beach. Cons: both toilets are not in the best working order, but I am sure that will be remedied. Will stay again!!

Pensacola half marathon in January

This is a great comfy condo. Very pretty place with the best views. Convenient to the airport. Our daughter ran her first half marathon. It was just up the street. Huge grocery store just a couple of miles away. The kitchen in this condo has nice pots, pans, baking dishes so you can cook. There are great restaurants close by. Ron, the host, was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.
