Estamos muy contentos de dar la bienvenida a nuestra nueva propiedad en el mercado de alquileres vacacionales en la playa de Pensacola. Nos referimos a, casa frente a la playa directa! Esta casa es una casa 4BR / 3BA con muchas renovaciones recientes, que incluye lo siguiente: pintura exterior nueva, nueva escalera, nueva cubierta frente a la playa, pintura interior nueva, decoración interior nueva y varias otras mejoras. Esta casa tiene un gran plano de planta con una gran sala de catedral que está abierta y que mira directamente al Golfo de México. La distribución de las habitaciones también es fantástica, con 4 habitaciones, 3 habitaciones con camas tamaño king, una habitación con dos camas queen, un sofá cama Queen de la sala de estar y un sofá cama doble para alojar cómodamente a 13. Dos de las habitaciones con camas king son habitaciones frente al golfo!

Great access to the beach.....

House was great and seemed as advertised. A bit odd that you couldn't access the garage area unless you entered from the outside. Internal stairs were padlocked shut. Rear walkdoor in garage didn't function either. However, those were minor issues. Everything else was great!!!! The communication with the rental company was really good. I would rent it again....

Pensacola family vacation

Positives-great location to beach, tons of beach supplies available on the property for guest use. Negatives-several spots on living room ceiling that looked like water damage; a pretty big mold spot outside master bedroom shower; I would recommend updating an outdoor shower. The small hose and shower head was only good for washing feet on the patio deck.

Great location and property

We go to Pensacola Beach every year. Really enjoyed the layout of the house with all rooms on the same level. The A/C had a hard time keeping up but the customer support was great! Responded quickly and after normal business hours. New unit approved and installed within 48 hours as a Sunday was involved. I would recommend new mattresses for the property for the 3 rooms with king beds. They all were uneven or sank in the middle. But overall positive experience

Perfect two-family set up!

Wonderful location right on the beach… gorgeous views with a great back deck. Spacious house with plenty of room for our two families and all our stuff… game nights in the living room and puzzles on the table… easily fit two-three people cooking and moving around in the kitchen. Good communication with property manager, too! Would definitely stay here again :)

Perfect Beach House on the Beach for large family!

This beach house was perfect for our family because it had the right amount of bedrooms and beds for us. The walk to the beach is very easy and you can keep Beach things in the garage downstairs! It is the perfect open layout so everyone can hang out together while cooking dinner. The view to the beach is also nice from the balcony.

Christmas break

Excellent location. In theory great for large family gathering as the home sleeps up to 13 but not great at accommodating 13 awake. We went over Christmas and although weather was great still not the time where you spend the majority of the day at the beach. There is not enough couch space for 13 - only enough for 5. Not enough seats at table inside or outside...which is not a big a deal as the couch space when we tried to watch a movie or football together. The home as amazing views from the huge balcony but no patio furniture for gathering/reclining. There is an outdoor table with chairs maybe 9-10, but not a place to lounge and enjoy the gorgeous views for long periods of time. The home is older (not a big deal to us as long as space works), but we did have several issues with hvac and electrical numerous days to address and repair. They did respond and have the repairs made but we were without heat one day , the day it took to make repairs, the entire electrical panel was replaced another day one day no hot water. I know these things happen so hopefully the next rental won't have to deal with having repair people everyday, now that so much has been addressed. I happened to be a week that started out cold and warmed up a lot, so heat was needed at night in beginning and AC during day. Overall great location and space but unless they get some more furniture I don't recommend for large groups even though it can sleep that many and the hot water heater (even when working ) was not enough for everyone to have warm showers - and we were not taking long ones! Definitely need an additional hot water heater to accommodate that many...We only had 8.

Perfect Vacay Spot

The house was very relaxing and perfect for our whole family. The room set up was great, and plenty of space for all 11 of us. Love all of the king bedrooms and queens for the kids! The views from the deck are breathtaking and perfect to watch the sunrise, as are the ocean views from most of the windows inside the house. Our only critique would be that a boardwalk would be nice, as it is a little difficult for the little ones to climb the dunes in the soft sand. Would definitely stay here again!!

The water and weather were beautiful. The property most certainly was a let down due to needing updating and minor repairs. My expectations for the property itself were not met and all in our party felt the same. The location was excellent but I did not expect so many people on the beach as it was sold as private beach but no one recognized that and those that did not occupy beach front properties covered most of the beach area. It was hugely expensive and did not meet my overall expectations. The wonderful weather and view of the gulf saved the day as well as spending time with my family.

So what I needed!

I loved being able to sleep in a bed with the sliding glass door opened just enough to hear the waves and the wind. It was so peaceful! And the sand and beach water were so clean and refreshing! This vacation has made me feel like a new person. God bless you and thank you for everything!

Christmas on the beach

The property is perfect! Great location in relation to getting to Restaurants and tourist attractions. The fact that you can walk off the deck right on to the beach was amazing. The views from inside of the house were perfect! We had one question and it was answered immediately. I highly recommend this perfect property!

Excellent Beachfront Getaway!

Wonderful location! We felt safe & able to socially distance easily (as in...NO crowd at the beach!) during this crazy time. The house is not near the high-rise beach condos so it feels like a very isolated, wonderful getaway! though it's an easy 10min or less drive to get awesome takeout for breakfast/ dinner! clean on arrival. If I'm being picky, the house could use a couple of "face-lift" updates at some point, but overall, we would definitely come back! also after the recent hurricane Sally, other than a few cosmetic things on the back porch, we didn't feel affected in any way during the trip. Totally recommend!

Perfect time in Pensacola!

Thank you!! Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend at this property. The house was exactly as it was in the pictures. Check in and communication with the property manager was seamless. We were in town to celebrate a milestone accomplishment for our Naval Officer son. Immediate family and good friends stayed at the house. And his local friends were able to come celebrate, too - with time on the beach. All meals were prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, and the grocery store was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars!!

Perfect Pandemic Retreat

We were very pleased with our stay overall. The beach was beautiful and sparsely populated with people most days. The water was clear and warm with fish and dolphins. The home was perfectly laid out with a fully equipped kitchen, tall ceilings, and everything we needed for a safe, relaxing week. We were impressed with the management as they replaced the broken beach tent within only a few hours after our report. We would love to return some day!

Excellent Getaway!

We booked our stay in October of 2019 for spring break week of 2020. As you can imagine, by the time spring break arrived we were second guessing our trip due to the COVID19 pandemic. We had purchased the vacation cancellation insurance but this did not fall under the “21 cancellation situations” So after long consideration we decided to go anyways. We figured if the beach was too packed with spring breakers that we would just let our son play in the sand at least. Upon arriving we did notice that Pensacola was busier than usual. We usually vacation around August. But when we got to the house, which was AMAZING btw, the beach was as usual, low key and quiet. The house was perfectly clean and ready upon arrival. Location is perfect in my opinion. Just a 2 minute drive to restaurants but far away enough to keep most thru traffic beach goers away. At any given time there were about 30 people on the beach tops, including us. As usual we had an amazing week on the beach. We ordered everything to-go or cooked at the house since we were practicing safe “social distancing” but that didn’t ruin our time at all! Overall WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE even in the midst of a world pandemic! Was great to just relax, listen to the ocean and forget all of the Coronavirus madness for a few days. We will be booking our next vacation at this house for sure!
