This is Stefano’s family home in Cogolo, in the heart of the Val di Pejo in Trentino. They’ve renovated it with respect for its original character, blending wood, original features, and warm materials with contemporary details. Here you’ll find a space designed to be truly lived in, not just for sleeping.



The house features two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. The interiors combine wood-burning stoves, objects collected over time, and illustrated books gathered by Stefano’s father. The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and garden, creating a natural and seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The garden adjacent to the kitchen's the perfect spot for al fresco dining or sunbathing on summer days. In the evening, wrapped in the blanket provided for cooler nights, you can look up and enjoy a starry sky that feels extraordinarily close. The Pejo 3000 ski area, with 20 km of trails and 7 ski lifts, lies nearby, and you can reach it by car or by shuttle bus that stops 400 m from the house. Folgarida Marilleva is 12 km away, connected via ski-in/ski-out access to Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. In Pejo and Cogolo you'll find Pasticceria della Nonna, Il Cantuccio, Pejo Stube, and the Antica Osteria in Ossana.
