This house located on 17 Mile Drive is the first of our beloved vacation houses (the second one, recently rebuilt Chardonnay Estate located in the heart of Wine County could accommodate up to 14 people - you could look at it searching for property ID 2389313).

Enjoy extraordinary ocean views at this premier, contemporary Pebble Beach home. Renting this home is the perfect way to enjoy the local events such as the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, the Monterey Jazz Festival, and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance or an occasion to relax and unwind with family and friends.

This outstanding home is encompassed by towering pines providing both luxury and privacy. You can enjoy the ocean, forest, golf and the beauty of Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Monterey. Enjoy recently renovated patio with cute outdoor dining. Meal preparation will be a pleasure in the fully updated kitchen. The kitchen has ample cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, professional cookware and all necessary utensils. The home is decorated with original paintings from our personal collection.

The first floor features an open layout design, providing the perfect entertaining space. The kitchen, dining room and living room are lined with expansive windows, providing picturesque views of towering pines, beautiful landscaping and the private patio. Also located on the first floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and an attached master bath. The two guest rooms have queen and king beds and share a full bath.

The upstairs suite features a family room with a flat screen Smart TV, coach that can be converted to a queen size bed and a seating area with breathtaking ocean view of Point Lobos. A kitchenette/bar area provides both additional convenience and an ideal entertaining space. The suite also features a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. The space is intricately decorated to compliment the breathtaking views.

The enclosed patio creates an outdoor living space, where you can spend quiet afternoons. For your comfort and entertainment both living rooms have HD flat screen TVs with digital cable. Wireless internet is available throughout the home.

All bedrooms are equipped with lush, comfortable bedding. Basic supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and paper products are provided. We are happy to answer any additional questions and do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay in this home. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Please no smokers.

It was the perfect size and layout for us. Everything worked and was clean. It was very nice to have toiletries "hotel style" - small portions of shampoo, bath gel and body lotion. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated. There is lots of off street parking. The back patio is very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Most PB rentals are pretty dated and beat up. This one was in the best shape of the ones we have stay in over the years.

Not exactly what I would call "luxury," but definitely a great location! Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. Nice, accomodating host. Easy check-in and out.

The outside of this property was in bad shape. The mail box with the address on it was falling apart and weeds were over taking the yard. Once inside everything was clean and as described. First impressions are unfortunately very important.

The house was exactly as presented right off the 17 mile drive. There were 9 family members of 3 generations there to attend a baby shower for our granddaughter. The bedrooms downstairs were great for the soon to be great grandparents. There was plenty of space in the living area with a nice big table for us to play cards and board games.

Great location, check in process was easy and communication with the landlord was good. Was disappointed the fire pit wouldn't stay on without constant pressure to the flame control knob and also towels upstairs didn't look like they were cleaned before our arrival. Besides these two minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Great location!

Overall a very nice property, with a great location! Needs some items to be added to be able to comfortably accomadate 10 people. The home looks to be older than the pictures, but still very nice. The owner is very easy to work with!

Home was a jewel.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Pebble Beach. He is an avid golfer and we both love nature. This home was very comfortable with all the attributes of home. The most important was that it was centrally located to the beauty that Pebble Beach, Carmel and Monterrey has to offer. Everything was perfect.

Pebble Beach Hideaway

We had a great time staying at Julia’s house in Pebble Beach. It was a very nice quiet location but also felt quite neighborly. The house has very nice living areas especially in the sunny front enclosed yard with a bbq. There is also a pretty view of the water from the small upstairs deck. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The property is lovely but slightly dated. The kitchen itself is very nice…it’s missing a few implements. There isn’t a crockpot or griddle. However, we had a wonderful time and it was a lovely place.

Weekend in Carmel/Monterey

Property was clean and quiet and felt like we were in the woods and just minutes away in between Carmel and Monterey. Plenty of room for 8 of us and felt at home. My friends were impressed with the house and liked the comfort and vibe of the house. Highly recommend!

Very Accommodating!

This was a very nicely maintained home in PB. The upstairs suite was a nice addition for privacy and the downstairs rooms were spacious. The kitchen looking into the living room made for a great layout to accommodate 11 of us comfortably for dinner.The outdoor patio was large, we bbq'd and enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating. The only negative would have been the construction of a home next door, however, there were no workers on the weekend so the property remained quiet and enjoyable. Just a heads up if you're planning a weekday stay. Overall, this was very nice and the host/owner was very accommodating.

Peaceful Pebble Beach Weekend

Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!

Family Christmas holiday

Overall good. Enjoyed our stay. Some minor things with the house could be improved. Lighting was somewhat inadequate. No direct lighting in baths and kitchen. No kitchen towels. Master bath slippery, needs Matt. No cable tv. Just as an fyi. Great back yard/patio! Great upstairs BR suite and view of beach from deck. House well furnished and appointed. Host very responsive!

A Great Family Stay

We were all very comfortable and had a wonderful time rrekking and driving around Pebble Beach. We enjoyed the sunsets from the upper level balcony. The only hiccup was a lack of expected kitchen items; no blender, no coffee filters, no microwave wave cookware. But all the appliances were in good repair.

Pre wedding vacation

Our family of five adults and one infant were looking for a place central to the Carmel-Monterey activities. This property was ideally situated; 5 min to Pebble Beach Golf Links and 17 mile drive and only 12 min to Monterey. Located inside Delmonte Forest In a quiet neighborhood it included a nice courtyard area. The house was built some years ago but was fully functional for our needs.
