"You definitely get what you pay for. Its hard to communicate with the hosts, but when they are walking around the hotel throughout the day, they are helpful. The showers on our floor had very inconsistent water temperature, but the location is incredible for the price."

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....
