"There were basically no amenities. They didn’t have the room we reserved put us in a different room. It was crowded for the amount of people we had. There was a mix up with the rooms and keys so all of a sudden a woman walked into our room…she was another patron. Because of this then our room keys no longer worked. They have us a voucher for breakfast and then have us a menu that only had 4 options while everyone else had a full menu. We were told it was the menu when “breakfast was included.”...

"No pool and a lot of foot traffic in and out of the elevators because there's a rooftop bar that is pretty popular in the city so outsiders come in and out. Besides that, the staff is amazing rooms are clean and fully stocked beds are comfy and best belive that housekeeping lady will knock on your door at 10:55am on check out day 😀"

"The rooms on the yard side have a lot of trains going by. Also they have speakers outside that start playing music at 6 AM. I complained to staff 2 times why is the music playing loud outside where the food trucks are at 6AM? Nobody could give me an answer. I mentioned nobody is even out there at that time of day. "Location was fair. Could get to most events timely. What I didnt care for was the attitudes of some staff members. Mainly Valet attendant and 1 desk associate. We didnt feel natural courtesies were met. Valet is too small and congested and over prized for the service you get. Customer had to wait in the driveway area for their vehicles. Just a mess and kids were in harms way as well. We were there 4th of July weekend"

"The whole experience was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great the towels were plentiful. The pool was fantastic, staff were friendly and accommodating everywhere. Cute little coffee shop next door! Stayed for 3 days and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an out of the main area of Nashville to stay. It was a 15 dollar Uber ride directly to Broadway!"
