"Our toilet had issues and overflowed constantly making a huge water mess. They promptly fixed it. The gentleman at the front desk for the second shift kept disappearing leaving no one at the front. A couple different times I stood there a while waiting for him to return. Also one of the mornings we had zero hot water for an hour. It was ice cold. I called the front desk and eventually it came back, I just had to delay my shower. The breakfast was great. Excellent variety, loved the shredded...

"The decor was nice, friendly and helpful staff, good location and off street parking(for a fee). It was close to some major attractions, within walking distance to shops and food. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, with a good variety including waffles. Checking in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good experience. "

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...
