"Kind staff, great pool."

"Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…"

"What started off as a wonderful trip turned for the worse. Considering the protest was a valet only resort, we depended on valet/bell hop services to transport us back and forth to the actual room. Sadly, that wasn’t a luxury service neither me and husband got the embrace because we were advised the gulf cart doesn’t operate in inclement weather conditions. "We stayed with our older dog and we all had trouble with air circulation. Felt there was a mold/mildew problem. We along with our dog was having breathing issues and our dog began to vomit. He became very sick and unfortunately passed away. There needs to be mold inspection. I do not recommend staying here"

"Clean and quiet. My wife ran a little late to get back to check in. She was visiting me in Tampa General. We called the front desk and the woman at the desk was so nice, and told us she would wait to check her in! Fantastic service and we could tell she really cared about what she was doing. We are thankful"

"The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom was an average size and functional. Unfortunately, the room fell short when it came to bed comfort. My bed was extremely firm, while my wife’s bed seemed well worn, with a noticeable dip in the middle that made it uncomfortable.
