"Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. "Room was clean but small. As I understand its typical size in Japan. All amenities plus razor tooth brush q tips, which in my experience is not common to provide. Very attentive staff that did speak English. Front desk was attended 24/7. Hotel breakfast which we purchased was of surprising good quality. Located walking distance to Tsukiji fish market which is an often recommended place for tourists to visit. "

"Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...
