"Disappointed that the room AC wasn't working and its 28° degrees. We were given just one fan to share between 3 people. 6am we had maintenance man banging on doors for good 15 mins and woke us up,so wasn't a great experience."

"Property is exactly what it needs to be, a place to spend the night if traveling through the area or in town for work. Wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the room or the hotel, just ticks all the boxes for what it’s priced to achieve."

"The shower head was usable but broken and the curtain hooks were broken so wouldn't block daylight properly. Otherwise our stay was comfortable."

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"Nice clean room, staff pleasant. Very good price and perfect location for us. Only downside was the noise insulation could be better. Couldn’t hear anything from the bar but the room above were constantly moving for hours and next doors snoring could clearly be heard. However would stay again "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
