"First time staying at this hotel and definitely plan to stay here on my next Japan trip. I reserved 2 of the suites and the rooms were very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is about 20 minute train ride from Shibuya and the station is literally a 5 minute walk. The staff were so kind and the coffee shop was very delicious. "

"Everything was great! Close to the train station! Great staff! Only thing is we had to open and close the window at night since the temperature was either too hot or too cold. A lot of people complain about the A/C and I agree. Although it is central A/C, there should be a thermostat inside each room to control the room itself. I kept waking up either sweaty or freezing. Other than that, everything was great. Oh a the room was small but we Americans like big rooms so don’t be surprised it’s not...
