"Internet was ok, and the same with staff. The laundry is working. I would recommend this place if you are thinking it’s a 4 star resort, I would say it would be a 2 stars. The units are outdated and the photos are deceiving. It’s multiple level unit that we stayed and rooms are very small when compared with photos online. "

"Dream stay!! This was our first visit to Hawaii and I am so glad we decided to stay at Koloa Landing. The grounds are lush and verdant—like staying in an impeccably maintained botanical garden. The amenities are eye popping. We had to drag ourselves away because we could have spent all our time by the pools. The main pool is fabulous. My kids were in heaven. But there were plenty of chill spots for adults as well, among the three stunning pools. Every staff member was friendly and kind. Highly...

"Pool was nice, but the beach just behind it was even better! The resort villas, were updated recently, looking very nice and big king bed. It was pretty quiet, and room service every day. The onsite restaurants onsite were really good and reasonably priced. But, even better is there were many other options within easy walking distance. A long constant sand beach to many other resorts as well."

"We were so happy to see the sunrise over the oceon every morning from our room. We loved that bike rentals were free and the Kapaa bike path was so nearby. Glad to have filtered water in the lobby. Enjoyed the clean pool and the lawn chairs in the grass area overlooking the oceon. Pastries and coffee could have been better, but were convenient still, and free. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. "

Staff was nice but unable to resolve our issue that we did not have a Roku remote for the streaming on TV; we managed without streaming after requesting assistance 2x. One window AC unit— in BR. Living room was never cool. Had to keep curtains drawn all day so as to not overheat the unit. Tired furnishings. Needs an update."

"The views were amazing. The room was lovely, although it could use updating and there was a weird stand in our tub. However, it was cleaned and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and you could tell it was well maintained. My only complaint in that area would be the towel bar was not open the entire time. We did not get the opportunity to experience this spa. The food at rumfire was quite good, although a little overpriced. However, this is Hawaii and everything is. The service....
