"Convenient location from the Sapporo train station to take JR line to and fro airport directly, and bus terminal is right outside the train station for day trips’ meeting point. Hotel room is good sized for solo traveller and comes with bath tub. Self-service to coffee/water/ice machine located at reception level. Lawson convenience store is right cross the traffic junction to pick up snacks."

"We booked for 4 nights around early October, Their AC only works for heating, made our stay quite unpleasant."

"We checked into this hotel for one night. Initially, it’s very confusing once arriving trying to find hotel entrance. For such a large hotel, it was surprisingly hard to find entrance. Hotel had 2 trainees at front desk. Everything went ok at check-in. Kind of peculiar that you are asked to pay tax at check-in but are told a receipt for the tax paid will be provided at checkout. I paid 600 yen and felt I should have been given a receipt at time of payment. Room was typical small and dated. Hot...

"The hotel cleanliness was spot clean. The all you can eat included breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was helpful with answering questions on how to get to your next hotel destination as well as helping with assisting with your luggage delivery. Has an onsen on the top floor however individuals with tattoos are not allowed entry which is understandable. Hotel is roughly a 25 minute walk to the heart of Sapporo (big nikka sign) and its entertainment / major shopping areas."

"Perfect stay. Can’t find any fault!!! Thanks very much"
