"The staff were great. The hallways to the rooms were old, had an odor and desperately needs an update . The room itself was large but very dated, I’m unsure where the pictures on the website were taken but our room for sure was not used. We had a garden view which was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I would not stay here again."

"The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place."

"I 💚 Little Charlie! I asked for a room with a window facing the street.Reservations told me that the single rooms didn't face the street. I didn't want to spend extra for a bigger bed. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to have a king bed with a beautiful view of 2nd Avenue! They upgraded me!! What excellent customer service!! I was so comfortable in the big spa bed. "I will never stay here again. Checked into my room. AC was broken and room was 80 degrees. I had booked a king sized bed but my room only had a queen. They didn’t tell me this on check in. They clearly knew the AC was busted because the window was open when I entered the room. They didn’t proactively do anything. I ended up checking out and finding another hotel. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Management does not care. No follow up. Nothing. My colleague also...

"Hotel was wonderful. Very very clean, breakfast was good, and staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. When we requested things like extra towels, etc, our requests were fulfilled within minutes. The front desk was lovely. Beds were comfortable and didn’t have too much trouble with noise from other rooms. My one note is that the surrounding area is a bit rough.
