"Rooms are dated but relatively clean. Didn't know that the double room has full beds, not queens. Excellent breakfast and morning staff was very kind. Evening staff was rude."

"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. "All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago...
