"We had a wonderful stay at the Kennedy School. It was so quiet and like a little oasis in the city. It was nice to eat and drink right on the property. Conveniently close to the airport. We also loved on unique the room and all the bars were."

"Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front."

"If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

"Easy check-in! Very comfortable room!"

"Housekeeping threw away my bag of receipts that I had in a Carhartt bag next to my luggage and I had a rose next to my luggage and that was taken and thrown out by housekeeping."

"Nice staff.good breakfast."

"Very decent place to stay as far as clean and room put together. But: my key didn’t work upon return to the hotel. Took it took the desk to be reprogrammed. Lady working there said my room number loud enough for all of the people waiting to check in to hear. What’s not good about that? I’m a single woman. Through the night, the room above me must have gotten remodeled, the noise, banging, stomping, sliding of furniture, bangs, and whatever else I can’t remember, went on from about midnight to 3...

"Lobby coffee would be really great. The Powder creamer in the room is just gross. So if nothing else, use liquid creamer in the room if lobby coffee isn’t an option. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay! Staff is top notch!"
