"Nice and clean, the smart mirror in the bathroom was a bit too much, wish you could block the mirror when using the shower. Also note you can dim the lights in the side of the bed, didn't realize till the morning. Would definitely stay again though. Maybe get a sheet or something to cover the huge mirror."

"Nice staff, clean, Modern room"

"This was a clean enough and safe place to stay. It was awkward being directed to check in on a video screen with someone not on the property, even though a host was behind the counter. Then the check in computer glitched and I had to check in with the host anyway. The property is quaint and has beautiful flowers all around the property. The buildings are old and poorly updated. "Big, clean spacious rooms"

"Check in was easy. Front desk staff was super friendly and informative. Everything was very easy."

"Let me say I enjoyed my stay. The property is well maintained, and the room we occupied is well appointed and clean, if a little stark. The staff is great! "The vibe was cool and laid back. The pool and patio areas were great. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do."

"This was a great place to stay. I come to Carmel and stay here for work once a month and never have paid an early check in fee for checking in at 2pm. The lady at the front desk says its their policy even though the website says they MAY charge a fee. The hotel was empty by the way. Won’t be back. Thank you."

"Comfortable room. Staff atooned to needs and friendly"
