"All the staff were lovely. Couldn’t do enough for us. Helped us when we couldn’t work the TV and washing machine out. Our roomwas beautiful . Very comfortable bed. The pool and spa were heated so enjoyed those. We will definitely be going back."

"This hotel/apartment was really a home away from home. The view was spectacular with a view of both the beach and the river. So close to heart of Surfers! I recommend if your taking a trip to Surfers stay at the Rhapsody Resort you won't be disappointed!!!!!"

"Planned to stay here as I would be bedridden from private hospital up the road. While the room itself was tidy It was not clean. Amenities were not usable. When asking staff outside if they could help they told us to go see front desk. Went to front desk and they said they'd talk to the owners and then call me with a solution. Nobody called. I emailed. Nobody responded. No form of contact whatsoever. 100% wanting some form of refund from this establishment if they ever decide to contact me...

"Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."

"I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."
