"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining...

They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance...
