"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided...

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It’s fairly basic, but pretty nice. Rooms are large and have good kitchen area. "

"I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. "

"We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not...

"Staff was courteous. Rooms were kept up at a bare minimum. In a 2 double bed room, one bed was made and the other not made, if made at all. The ice bucket was only maintained twice in the week we were there. Towels were replaced consistently. Everything worked in the room. I'd say its a basic room, definitely not fancy. Wifi was fine though we didn't use it for anything but scrolling social media and watching videos. "

"Comfortable bed, great sheets and towels. Host greeted us, toured, showed where the coffee pot was. Place is quite large with a guest living room space. TV in bedroom. Just what we needed for this trip"

"The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful."
