Large 30 m2 studio comprising an entrance hall, a bathroom with WC, a fitted kitchen, a living room and a mezzanine.

The apartment is arranged as follows:

- Living room with two double sofa beds measuring 130cm x 190cm.

- Mezzanine with a bunk bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, which can accommodate a total of two people. And a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm.

Good quality bedding, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and bath towels are provided.

You have access to the entire accommodation.

Your host will be available throughout your stay and you can contact them either by phone or email if necessary.

Very quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes walk from Val d'Europe train station and the shopping center where you can go shopping, buy essentials in the Auchan supermarket or eat in many restaurants inside the center. You will also find many restaurants (pizzeria, Japanese, Thai, brasserie ...) a few steps from the building.

If you come by car, leave your vehicle in the building's secure parking lot and walk most of the time.

With Val d'Europe train station just a 3-minute walk from the residence, you can reach Disneyland Marne La Vallée Chessy train station in 5 minutes or the center of Paris in 35 minutes.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Val d'Europe shopping center, located 8 minutes away, is open every day. There, you'll find boutiques, restaurants, and a large supermarket for your daily shopping. An aquarium is also accessible from the center.

As for leisure activities, you can enjoy a family stroll in Disney Village, outside Disneyland Paris Park, between movie theaters and arcades, the choice is yours! Feel like getting out into nature? There's a Nature Village located 10 minutes by car from Disneyland Paris, where you and your family can get away from it all. On the agenda: hiking, bike or boat rides, treetop adventures, and numerous outdoor and indoor pools with slides await you!
