She designed every m2, from materials to fabrics. Sandrine invested the building with works of art in every room, imposing her unique style. A veritable art gallery to contemplate.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with all necessary amenities.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 18 m² (194 sq ft), the studio is ideal for one person. It can sleep two guests, but once the sofa bed is opened the space becomes tight, which may feel uncomfortable for two people who plan to spend time in the apartment.
* The studio's only window overlooks an inner courtyard: there is no outside view and the room gets little natural light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a few minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station (lines 1 and 11), in a quiet, air-conditioned studio with an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.
