Enjoy a pleasant stay in this lovely 30 m² small apartment, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally 2. Located on the 1st floor without elevator of a secure building, it combines comfort and functionality in a warm setting.

The cozy living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, and a table for your meals or moments of relaxation. The kitchenette, which opens onto the living room, has a stovetop, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine, ideal for easily preparing your meals.

The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with quality linens.

The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

For your comfort, the apartment also provides a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi connection, and linens and towels for each guest. The heating is controlled by radiators in the apartment.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building without an elevator. The apartment is equipped with electric heating, which we recommend turning on as soon as you arrive during the winter months for optimal comfort. It is particularly well-suited for two people looking for a comfortable stay.

* At 30 m² (323 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and there is very little storage for clothes and luggage, which makes the space tight for four adults.
* The walls are thin: you can clearly hear the neighbours, their conversations and their showers, especially in the morning. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The bathroom, which combines the shower and the toilet, is very small: with four guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 10th arrondissement, about a 5-minute walk from République metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), on a quiet street, with windows overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard, and a washing machine.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.
