    Una encantadora escalera de caracol te lleva a la cuarta planta elegantemente decorada y tranquila, situada en el histórico barrio de Marais. Metro Hotel de Ville.

    La residencia está situada en uno de los barrios más animados de París ... tres chic! Sin embargo, cuando dentro de la residencia, el ruido de la calle es inaudible. La residencia duerme dos.

Apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris, there was plenty of space for the two of us, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, convenient to the metro and very walkable. The host was excellent, would definitely stay here again in the future

Great location. Apartment is in a building on a quiet street. Building has secure entry into a courtyard so I felt safe. WiFi was great and so was ability to open skylights on beautiful days. It is 4 story walk up so pack wisely. Kitchen was nice for little things but I ate out mostly because it’s Paris. Most enjoyed proximity to Seine for relaxing and crossing to Left Bank.

Great place. Very nice host, small unit but great location if you plan on spending most of your time walking around Paris. Very close to Notre Dame and a dozen or so other gorgeous Catholic Churches.

I’d liked the price of the studio, I liked the new shower, the bed was comfortable, the host speaks English and helpful. There is no elevator to the fourth floor studio. There is no AC, but there was a fan. I opened the skylight window after a storm had passed through the previous day and it leaked water onto the bed, leaving a wet 12” circle. I will come again in the future.

Perfect apartment & location

We had an incredible stay in this cute studio apartment in a wonderful area of Paris. We are so glad we chose it for our first visit to the city.

L'hôte est très souple dans les horaires d'accueil, on a pu se donner RDV facilement (en fonction de la dispo du studio bien sûr). Très bien situé au coeur du Marais, à 2 pas de plusieurs stations de métro (hôtel de ville, les halles), bus direct de Montparnasse, tout en étant dans une rue très calme (on a dormi fenêtres ouvertes sans problème). Très bien pour un séjour à 2, on ne se sent pas à l'étroit, le petit coin cuisine est parfait pour le petit déjeuner. Petit bémol pour l'été : c'est au 4e étage et il fait chaud ! Il y a un bon ventilo (un programmateur serait utile pour le programmer en se couchant) mais ce n'est pas suffisant quand il fait vraiment chaud; en plus, l'eau de la douche est toujours chaude, pas possible de se rafraîchir :-/ Mais on y reviendrait sans problème à une autre époque de l'année.

Cute cozy studio in great area

Very lovely little apartment in a great location! Check in and check out instructions were slightly unclear, so heads up to contact the owner/manager your time for arrival as they will be personally giving you the key. Overall, lovely experience and would visit again.

Perfect little home base for two people to enjoy Paris! You can’t beat the location. Everything was clean and comfortable and our host was very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

The info on the website should be changed / clarified: The apartment is very tiny - about 15 m2 altogether - one room. Located under the roof - with some restrictions as to storage. For two small people max. Very warm when the weather is sunny and hot - during our stay end of May 2026. We had to run a large fan all day and night - no good night sleeps. The kitchen equipment level is not great. There are 95 stairs to climb (with luggage) - no elevator. >>> Great location - in the middle of Marais = fancy area with lots of entertainment. Just 15 minutes walk from Notre dame and 30 minutes to Quartier Latin / Sorbonne. Metro and busses all nearby. Theo May2026
