Situated on the quaint Rue Aubriot, nestled between Rue Saint Croix-Bretonnerie and Blancs Manteaux the traveler finds this affordable studio.

An enchanting spiral staircase leads you to the elegantly appointed and tranquil, fourth floor,located in the historic Marais district. Metro Hotel de Ville.

The residence is situated in one of the liveliest districts in Paris... tres chic! Yet when inside the residence, the street noise is inaudible. The residence sleeps two.

I can't say enough good things about this stay. We were greeted by our wonderful host who quickly showed us up the 4 rather long flights of stairs to our room. She opened the door for us and gave us the "tour", showing us the wifi codes, tv operation, shower controls, etc., and gave us her phone number should we need anything. Even the neighbors downstairs made us feel welcome. The rooms are small, but the great storage options mean you can easily stow everything away and still get to what you need. This place has everything you need for a few days or week or two in Paris. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, teapot and 2 burner stove but is best suited to reheating than actual cooking. The circuit breaker did trip on occasion with the use of the stove but it is easily accessible to reset. Two large openable skylights give a pleasant rooftop view. This place is a quiet oasis in a typically hectic part of Paris. The only noise you hear are the bells from at least three nearby churches. There is also a children's playground just around the corner. If you don't mind a hike up some stairs, its a perfect servant's attic property. In all our vacation rental experiences, we've never had such a kind host and an immaculately clean and fresh studio!

Great place. Very nice host, small unit but great location if you plan on spending most of your time walking around Paris. Very close to Notre Dame and a dozen or so other gorgeous Catholic Churches.

We loved the apartment and the location once we were able to check in. Silvia had allowed us to drop off our luggage before the usual check in time but we didn't receive that message and I informed her we would check in after 430 pm. We arrived on time but her husband kept us waiting on the street for an hour before sending their son downstairs to apologize and let us in. As others have said extra towels and wash cloths would be nice.

Great location

Location is fantastic. If you come with big luggage , it’s a little bit challenging as you have to climb a lot of stars. During the summer as of right now, there is no air conditioning. It might get really hot, but the owner said they will be putting an air conditioner unit. The thing we were disappointed about was a late checking fee, we got charge for late arrival even though we communicated in advance. You are going to pay a fee for arrival after 9 PM every hour it increases and it’s a lot!

99 steps up. I don’t remember that’s being stated. TV didn’t work. Coffee maker was too hard but that could be just my incompetence to understand. One bath towel for 5 days and no bath cloths. Bed was quite comfortable and kitchen was adequate although I Didn’t use it much. There is no view except the ceiling ones with a sky view. Very quiet and a bit isolated

We enjoyed our stay in this small, but surprisingly roomy studio. On the top floor of a 5 story old manson, and gave our legs fabulous exercise. Skylight windows opened to let in fresh air and the sound of pidgeons cooing - no street noise. Appreciated the kitchenette appointed with dishes and appliances enough to allow simple meal prep. Also a nice touch that coffee/tea was provided, and we were greeted in-person upon arrival. The apartment was nice and clean. I would stay here again and liked the location in le Marais. Would gently suggest hand towels and face cloths be available to guests; as well as extra bath and dish towels for those who stay more than a few days (we stayed a week), but that's just my opinion. Thankyou for the safe and comfy place to call home while we visited.

Great one week stay

Really enjoyed the property. The location is excellent and makes you feel like a local. We went to the boulangerie around the corner every morning. Our flight landed very early in the morning and the hosts were nice enough to let us leave our bags, rather than wait until the 4pm check-in. Property is very clean. Note: the apartment is up four flights of stairs.

Cute cozy studio in great area

Very lovely little apartment in a great location! Check in and check out instructions were slightly unclear, so heads up to contact the owner/manager your time for arrival as they will be personally giving you the key. Overall, lovely experience and would visit again.

Wonderful stay

Great apt and i personally loved the building and the work out of some stairs as unit is on 4th floor. Im left Paris more fit than when i arrived. Quiet and very nice apt. Good amount of room for 2 people and luggage. There was some confusion about meeting for check in. I didnt realize it was necessary to meet someone and at a designated time waiting just for you, so my only suggestion would be more detailed communication regarding what is needed from the guest , that someone would be waiting (so not entirely flexible) and when i said we would be late i didnt initially hear back any details of someone is there waiting . So many check ins are with lock box and instructions that i was unaware of the timing issue and they were waiting for us. I felt badly we inconvenienced them accidentally by over 2 hours. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Location cant be beat.

Wonderful room, with a rooftop view of the Beaubourg, at the top of an old master's mansion. I really recommend it, unless you have difficulty climbing stairs!

Place was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. Sylvia greeted us even though our flight was delayed. Stairs were not a problem. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!
