    An enchanting spiral staircase leads you to the elegantly appointed and tranquil, fourth floor,located in the historic Marais district. Metro Hotel de Ville.

    The residence is situated in one of the liveliest districts in Paris... tres chic! Yet when inside the residence, the street noise is inaudible. The residence sleeps two.

Great location. Apartment is in a building on a quiet street. Building has secure entry into a courtyard so I felt safe. WiFi was great and so was ability to open skylights on beautiful days. It is 4 story walk up so pack wisely. Kitchen was nice for little things but I ate out mostly because it’s Paris. Most enjoyed proximity to Seine for relaxing and crossing to Left Bank.

Great place. Very nice host, small unit but great location if you plan on spending most of your time walking around Paris. Very close to Notre Dame and a dozen or so other gorgeous Catholic Churches.

The info on the website should be changed / clarified: The apartment is very tiny - about 15 m2 altogether - one room. Located under the roof - with some restrictions as to storage. For two small people max. Very warm when the weather is sunny and hot - during our stay end of May 2026. We had to run a large fan all day and night - no good night sleeps. The kitchen equipment level is not great. There are 95 stairs to climb (with luggage) - no elevator. >>> Great location - in the middle of Marais = fancy area with lots of entertainment. Just 15 minutes walk from Notre dame and 30 minutes to Quartier Latin / Sorbonne. Metro and busses all nearby. Theo May2026

Very lovely little apartment in a great location! Check in and check out instructions were slightly unclear, so heads up to contact the owner/manager your time for arrival as they will be personally giving you the key. Overall, lovely experience and would visit again.

Beautiful Stay in Le Marais

We loved staying at this charming place which had so much Parisian history. It had everything we needed for a week long visit. The neighborhood has incredible energy while the apartment was very quiet. The host was attentive, kind and welcoming. We loved everything about this place.

Two Weeks in Le Marais

The apartment was perfect for my two-week stay. It was equipped with everything I needed, centrally located but quiet and nicely furnished. The owner was away but her cousin greeted me upon arrival and was very kind and helpful. Great spot!

The room was very nice and had plenty of space. It was quiet at night and had tons of natural light. It is in a great location, making it very easy to get around. Even without AC, the room stayed fairly cool and was very pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Quiet location in the bustling Marais. Charming and comfortable place for a solo traveler, great communication from the lovely host and would absolutely stay there again! Close to the Metro, the Pompidou and the Picasso museum. Thanks again!

Perfect location

Compact apartment with everything you require for a short stay to explore Paris. Location is wonderful; lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants close to hand. The apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs but this adds to the charm of the apartment.
