This 12 m² studio is ideally laid out to maximize space and comfort in a warm and welcoming setting. Located on the second floor of a building without elevator, it comprises :

- an open-plan living area with lounge and dining area,
- an open, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge),
- mezzanine sleeping area with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
