The Space:
Ideally located in Paris, this spacious apartment is designed to accommodate up to eight people. Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is perfect for stays with friends or family.
The apartment is arranged as follows:
• 1st bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.
• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.
• A living room: a convertible sofa bed for two people, a bunk bed for two people, a Smart television and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: dedicated to enjoying your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A separate toilet with sink.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Take the RER B train from CDG to Gare du Nord.
Transfer to Metro Line 2 and head towards Nation.
Alight at Avron or Alexandre Dumas stations. Our property is just a short walk away!
From Gare du Nord Train Station
Hop onto Metro Line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans.
Change at Barbès-Rochechouart and take Line 2 towards Nation.
Exit at Avron or Alexandre Dumas stations and you're almost there!

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
