    The Space:

    Welcome to this superb apartment located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum & the Tuileries Gardens! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers and offers elevator access.



    The apartment includes:

    • A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

    • A sleeping area: queen bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

    • An equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

    • A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

    • A bathroom: toilet, shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

    Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay

    The apartment also has laundry facilities: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

    Please note that renovation works are currently taking place in the building for an undetermined period. As these works are beyond our control, some temporary disturbances may occur.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in iconic addresses like Café de l'Empire, Le Rostand or Les Deux Abeilles, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Café Constant or Le Violon d'Ingres, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. Saint-Germain-des-Prés (Line 4) is also nearby, allowing easy travel across central Paris.

    The RER C at Musée d’Orsay offers convenient connections to major train stations and areas along the Seine. Both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports are easily accessible by public transport or taxi. Taxis and ride-sharing services are widely available at any time.

    Check-In and Check-Out

    Check-In Time: Begins at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

    Late Check-In: Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight for an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be done the next day starting at 9:30 AM.

    Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated.

    A concierge service will provide you with the details of an agent who will hand you the keys to the apartment. They will answer your questions about the apartment, how it works, and the neighborhood.



    Security Deposit

    A security deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.



    Additional fees

    Key Management policy

    Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

    Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

    Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

    Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

    Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

    Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

    Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



    Responsibilities and Guidelines

    Noise Policy: Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit.



    Internet Etiquette

    Avoid using the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Do not browse sites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet outages from telecommunications operators are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.



    Professional Use and Photography

    No photoshoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial use is allowed without prior approval. Contact us for rates and specific authorizations.



    We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.



    Age Requirement

    Please note that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 will be accepted only in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
