    Set on the 4th floor of a charming and authentic Parisian building (no elevator), this recently renovated and fully furnished studio combines charm and functionality. This was one of the worst places we've ever stayed. Nowhere one the listing does it mention you will be sleeping on a pullout couch, that the springs sag on one side. The bed was so bad we had to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor. They also don't mention that you have to climb 5 flights of stairs up a narrow winding staircase with your luggage because there's no lift. There is also no AC and the TV was not working.

You need to communicate with someone to get the keys to the apartment, and it can become challenging for those that arrive late, given that the contact person does not speak English either. That said, she stayed at the property until we arrived (2 am) to make sure we get the keys and are able to enter the apartment, so all in all, it was a positive experience.

Un mini departamento pero muy cómodo para 2 personas. Estaba muy limpio y todo perfectamente acomodado. Para el check in la chava muy linda estuvo a la hora que llegamos y hasta nos dejó pasar antes, el único inconveniente fue que no hablaba nada de inglés y si fue comunicarnos con traductor. Las escaleras para subir mortales la verdad, con equipaje grande no la armas. Pero fuera de eso la ubicación superrrr biennn!!!! La verdad lo escogí por eso y no defraudó.

From Luxury in the Photos to Les Misérables in Reality! The only positive thing about this apartment was its excellent location. Everything else was a huge disappointment. When we booked through Expedia, the property was advertised as luxurious, modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, it was less than 20% of what the photos promised. The apartment was extremely outdated, dirty, poorly maintained, and unpleasantly smelly. Located on the top floor of an old building, it had no elevator. We had to drag our luggage up endless, narrow, dark, damp staircases. The bathroom smelled terrible, making it unpleasant even to use. The beds were dreadful, with old, worn-out spring mattresses that caused back pain and equally awful pillows. Ironically, instead of enjoying a luxurious Parisian stay, we felt like Cosette from Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables, trapped in the miserable attic of the Thénardiers! The contrast between the advertised photos and reality was shocking and deeply misleading. Paris is magnificent, and the location was wonderful, but that cannot compensate for poor hygiene, uncomfortable beds, and such disappointing conditions. My advice: Do not trust the photos. What you see advertised is certainly not what you get!

Abbiamo prenotato per il 30 Dicembre, e una volta arrivati ci siamo resi conto che il riscaldamento dell'appartamento non era funzionante. L'host non parlava una parola di inglese e non è stata in grado di aiutarci su come farlo funzionare (come soluzione finale, dopo 2 ore di tentativi, ha proposto di inviare una mail al servizio clienti dell'agenzia... alle 19.00 della vigilia di Capodanno). Senza speranza abbiamo dovuto prenotare un Hotel disponibile nelle vicinanze e abbandonare la struttura. Unica nota positiva il servizio clienti VRBO, che dopo qualche sollecito, in circa tre settimane mi ha fatto avere un rimborso completo della prenotazione e anche un rimborso parziale sull'Hotel che ho dovuto prenotare. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA che non consiglio a nessuno! Da evitare assolutamente!
