The apartment is quite nice, but one of the rooms had rotten floors...lucky no one's foot went through it! The check-in process is a pain, as the portico has no automatic lighting...we were hunting around for the correct mailbox with flashlights and you had to get on your knees to get to the keybox. Contrary to the ad for the apartment, the elevator is miniscule...anyone with any sort of fear for small spaces will hate it. We had to climb four flights of stairs every day...to get in and get out. We also paid for extra cleaning and they never showed up...we had no toilet paper, paper towels or clean towels for the last two nights. We complained to management on several occasions and they have not agreed to any sort of compensatory gesture. If I knew the size of the elevator or how the service is, I would never have booked the apartment. Book at your own peril!

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a faniky of 6, 5 adults and one 8 year old, and everyone had enough space. I also don't think we could have picked a better location. Its a short 7 minute walk to the louvre, so many restaurants across the street, a market across the street, and the big bus hop on hop off tour has a stop across the street. We really enjoyed our visit and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Paris.

Great Paris Apartment in a Great Location!

Apartment is beautifully furnished and is located in a great location. Host was very responsive for the few questions I asked. Checkin and checkout very easy. We had 6 adults so it was a tad small and one bedroom was tiny (you could not walk on one side of bed and there was maybe a foot of space on the other side and zero space for luggage/belongings. There are 2 full bathrooms and a tub (located in 1 bedroom). Courtyard is very smoky to walk through to get to elevator. Elevator was great to carry up our luggages. Gorgeous staircase when you looked up! We all enjoyed the stay here!

Great location but bathrooms are a challenge

The bedrooms were smaller than expected. The master bedroom had a sink and tub but no toilet. The hall bath had sink, shower and toilet. Then the entry hall had just a shower in one room and just a toilet in the other room. The location was great but would not stay with 3 couples again

Excellent property close to attractions

Excellent property and easy access to attractions. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour of the Property upon our arrival. The flooring in a couple rooms needs to be levelled. Outside of this, an excellent option for upto 10 ppl.

Lovely property in a perfect location

This is the second time I have rented a property managed by Merveil. I would highly recommend this apartment for its size, setup and location.It was perfect for four of us on a girls trip and in a great location!

Surprisingly quiet and excellent location, cute apartment.

We were 8 and very comfortable. Not a lot of room for tons of luggage but most don't travel as heavy as us. Was very clean, updated, nice amenities. Enough to cook very basic things but could have more kitchen items for longer staying guests. All in good repair minus a shower that was leaking onto the floor with every use. The A/C seemed to be on some external timer and turned off when most needed. We called but had a couple of really uncomfortable nights. Seemed like there was a management middleman? Finally it was managed midway into our stay and we were given a discount for the trouble. So I would recommend this place without hesitation but would hope for more expedient communication for urgent matters.

Perfect location for exploring Paris

We were there for a week including attending various Olympic events (Stade de France, Arena Bercy, Stade Yves-du-Manoir), and a day at Disneyland Paris, and sightseeing (The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee D’Orsay, Orangerie, Bateaux Mouches), and the location is perfect, right on Metro 14, very close to Pyramides metro station, air conditioning was great in hot weather, the area includes good Asian and local French/Italian restaurants, the key safe made it easy for a large group of 9 of us to come and go as we wanted to, not cheap (especially during the Olympics), and fairly compact, but very good overall and tastefully decorated. The rental agency was very helpful.

Location is super awesome! Near Louvre and Metro station Apartment newly renovated, clean, new appliances, comfortable beds. Limitless hot water. 4th floor but compact 2 person elevator. Will rent it again!
