  • Located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment is ideal for your stay in Paris.
    On the 4th floor of a secure building, the apartment has been fitted out to make your stay as perfect as possible: fully equipped kitchen opened to a large living room with sofa, tv and Wifi, a large queen bed with storage, bathroom and shower. Come and live like a real Parisian.

    Ideally located in the heart of Paris, your experience will be unforgettable in our beautiful apartment rue des Gravilliers. On the 4th floor without elevator of a secure building, the apartment is equipped with WiFi internet and a television with foreign channels. The living room is arranged with a confort sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, oven. On the other part of the loft, there is a large double bed and a wardrobe closet. A beautiful italian shower awaits you in the bathroom. Everything has been thought out to make your stay in Paris perfect.

Un excellent séjour. Lit et linges de bonne qualité. Cuisine bien équipée pour un repas simple. Salle de bain excellente. Vif quartier, avec boulangerie, boucherie, restos et traiteurs tout près. L'entrée au rez-de-chaussée est un peu délabrée, les marches au 4ième étage aussi. Mais on s'habitue parce que c'est un bel endoit!

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was beautifully decorated, bed and couch were comfortable, kitchen was adequate, nice large shower. Tough to find at this reasonable price in this neighborhood.Be aware that four flights up in France is the American fifth floor, so it's a hike. Stairs are narrow in places, curved staircase. If you have no mobility issues, it's well worth the climb but you may find yourself strategizing your outings to maximize the effort.

Great property as in pictures.Great location to walk or metro.Difficulty with getting key to get in delayed about 3 hours with 3 hour lapse in text communication.Highly recommend to get exact time set for meet up and entry.Other than that a great find.

Great Location

Apartment is in a great location. There are plenty of great food choices on the street and nearby. Close to three Metro stations. Plenty of natural light. Property manager leaves you alone but is quick to respond when needed.Not recommended for those not fit enough to handle four flights of stairs!Street can be noisy but triple-paned windows keeps the noise down at night. Apartment can be very dusty due to street activity and construction behind the building (temporary).The lighting near the bathroom mirror is not great -- directly overhead creating shadows so very difficult to shave. Technically not a 1 bedroom as listed as there is no separate bedroom as indicated from the photos (it's really a studio). Apartment can get warm in summer without leaving windows open for a cross-breeze.
