Very beautiful studio of 27 m2 in the heart of the Marais for 3  people, entirely overlooking the courtyard. Third Floor with lift.





• Fully equipped open kitchen, with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need for cooking.


• Living area with sofa bed for one adult, armchair, coffee table, HD TV, internet.


• Dining counter with 4 highchairs


• Bedroom area, with a 140*200 cm bed and dressing room. Window onto courtyard.


• Shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hair dryer.


Household linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





To note:


- receptions are carried out at no additional cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a supplement of €35. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is a supplement of €50.


- for arrival on a Sunday or public holiday, there is a supplement of €35.

Das Studio hatte alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Schöne Lage zentrumsnah im Stadtteil Marais. Ringsherum sehenswerte Straßen und Gassen mit gemütlichen Cafes uns Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This is the perfect apartment for a short vacation in Paris or a business trip. The apartment has everything you need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment was recently renovated. The location is excellent. Everything is nearby, including bars, restaurants, and shops. The city center is literally a 15-minute walk away. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mr. Gregory for his help during our stay.

The room is well decorated, clean, and efficiently uses the small space. Not uncommon in the Marais, the elevator is EXTREMELY small.We encountered confusing messages from VRBO about check-in: no information 3 days prior to our stay as the site promised, then an automated message indicating check-in information was available on the site ( but was not), then a response from the host offering us early check-in, but no address. Finally, just 24 hours before our rental, we received instructions from the host.On the first morning we were unable to locate any kind of cookware. The host got back to us at noon, promising to come to remedy. He did not come until 5 pm. He did eventually find cookware - hidden inside of a pressure cooker which he accessed by standing on a high stool. Warning : if you are elderly ( as we are) you will not be able to access cookware without risking a fall!
The pans were inside of that copper colored pot up top!

Looks exactly like the picture. It is such a cool place. And a great neighborhood. Extremely quiet. Very safe.Wonderful restaurants all around. Great vibe. 5star. Was very sad to leave!!

Very nice studio, clean and in a good location. Our flight was delayed one hour and they lost our luggage. We spent a lot of time trying to find out what was going on with our suitcases and my phone did not connect once in the Paris Airport. Of course we arrived at the studio 2 hours later than expected. When I called Gregory, he seemed very upset that we did not communicate our delay, even questioning my response regarding the one hour late arrival. In most of the VRBOs that we stayed, the owner provided small things like a coffee maker with different pod flavors, napkins, a bottle of water in the refrigerator, etc for free. Here, the owner offers an optional brown vanity bag for 25 euros. In addition, every morning around 7:45/8:00 someone started construction in the adjacent apartment with drilling and sawing concrete walls. Very noisy and unpleasant.Again, the studio is nice and clean, but we did not feel welcome.

Great communication regarding check-in and -out, friendly staff, perfectly located, and the unit was well equipped and organized. The bathroom was small by US standards but if you don’t mind that - we didn’t - the unit was great. It was also quiet and secure.

Marias, perfect location!!!

This place is lovely, cute, newly done and all the amenities. Our property manager was great and welcoming. Check in he met us out front after our train and went through the whole unit with us. The only thing was the building is still under renovations (I believe they are just finishing up) once the courtyard and other units are done this will be magnificent! I would definitely rent it next time I am in Paris once the construction is complete.
