As it is a boat it can rock a bit when large boats are passing by and you may sometime hear the sound of waves, but it is stable.

The place is quiet without direct vis-à-vis, it is a boat, so it sometimes rocks a bit when large ships pass, and you can sometimes hear the sound of waves.

There are boats passing on the Seine, some make more waves. The barge is stable, but sometimes it can rock a little, and you can hear the sound of the waves.
