Housing new, original, well arranged, industrial style loft.

You have all the comforts, large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function oven, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine ...), living room with flat screen and a sofa bed of 160 * 190, upstairs room bath with WC and washing machine then finally the room 140 * 190.

7 minutes walk from the Bois de Vincennes. 10 minutes walk from the center of Vincennes, 12 minutes from the transport Line 1, RER A, line 9 and you will be after 15 minutes to the center of Paris or 25 minutes from Eurodisney. There are also two buses 124 and 127 to 100m from the house if you do not want to walk to the subway.
Line 1 serves directly the main monuments of Paris (Bastille, Gare de Lyon, Marsh, Châtelet, City Hall, the Louvre, the Concorde, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, Defense ...).
Escape to the Bois de Vincennes and find a large green bowl, a Vélib bike station is next to or on foot.

You have the enjoyment of the whole house. You can find so quiet after traveling: Paris hectic!

Julien was the perfect host. I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and I appreciated his/his family's hospitality. I couldn't have asked for anything more.This unit was extremely clean (VERY important to me - not a single complaint), modern design, spacious, and comfortable. 3 heating units to ensure warmth whether up or downstairs. The washing machine, full-sized fridge/freezer, and dishwasher were handy. I appreciated having a workspace to do my work upstairs. The bed was comfortable. Super convenient for UberEats too - no complicated multi-door entry. The neighborhood felt calm and safe. I was fine walking home from the bus stop alone at night. There's just a short walk to the bus stop. I often Ubered to the Vincennes RER station, but if you aren't in a hurry, the the Parapluie bus (which I took several times - super easy), was a nice ride to/from the RER station (the stop lets you off at a really cute little downtown shopping area).I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental and the Vincennes area. Julien personally met us and ensured we were settled comfortably and, in a well organized notebook, provided information about the rental and the surrounding area and metro options for the Paris area. The rental suited our needs perfectly! We stumbled upon a neighborhood block party (families with children playing on a closed off street, a beer/wine garden and families visiting with other families. This was after we walked to the overlook at Parc des Beaumonts to view the lighting of the Eiffel Tower off in the distance. What a magical start to our visit! Throughout our time in Vincennes (10 days) we met the nicest people (locals)! This location is also close to Chateau de Vincennes, a must see fortress (look for the ‘rooftop tour’, in French only, on Sundays), and also where we accessed the metro into Paris. Paris is lovely, but Vincennes has us wanting to return. We will visit again!

Perfect spot to visit Paris

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The place was exactly as advertised. The town of Vincennes is a lovely location worth visiting in its own. Located on the edge of Paris, it's connected by transit perfectly, even for a trip to Disneyland. All of the Paris landmarks are 40 minutes or less away. We had a lovely week long vacation, and will be looking to stay here again the next time we visit.

A Home Away From Home!

First off Julien was incredibly attentive. We felt that any need we may have would be immediately addressed. That was incredibly reassuring! The place itself is very well maintained, has everything you need to stay comfortable, the layout of the place was well thought out. Juilen has a welcome binder with documents in several languages that provided us with details on the home as well as local markets, transportation, etc. We found this incredibly helpful. We opted to do some cooking at the home and we found the cookware we needed was all provided. The location was perfect for the type of travelers we are. We prefer a more quiet - away from the city location. We had no trouble navigating our way to Paris. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again while on holiday in Paris again. Merci Julien!

Great property

This excellent property managed by a helpful host is handy for Paris visit as there are 2 metro stations and 1 Rer station with 1 mile (20 mims walk), these stations are in zone 2 although the property is in zone 3. The host provided useful info on local facilities. The park at the top of the hill provides good views over the city.

Un très bon séjour passé sans cet agréable quartier, pour des nuits calmes à l'abris du tumulte de lu centre-ville. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le propriétaire est accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil, soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Le logement est desservi par le bus a proximité qui rejoint le RER A pour aller ensuite dans le centre de Paris ou Disney. Un grand merci pour l'accueil.

Walking distance to cafes, metro and trains. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Julien checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Spacious and Convenient

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room to move around in. A short walk through a lovely neighborhood to get to Metro and trains. Amazing Modern Loft

Julien was an amazing host! Of course the property was nice and in a great neighborhood away from the craziness of the city. un lugar muy bonito, espacioso y Julien encantador

La experiencia fue increible. Julien fue muy amable. En el día caminabamos al metro y en la noche luego del turismo nos volvíamos al departamento en el bus que pasa casa 15 minutos o media hora. Tiene de todo para cocinar. Las camas son muy cómodas. Está nuevo y muy agradable la decoración. Hay comercio, panaderías a dos pasos del departamento. Hay dos ambientes. El baño y la ducha muy buenas.

Très bel appartement bien situé et pratique

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Julien. L'accueil était parfait, la localisation idéale (parking à proximité et places pour se garer dans la rue avec un disque), l'appartement est tout neuf et décoré avec goût. La localisation idéale pour moi, métro, Vélib', bois de Vincennes. La tranquillité à 2 pas de Paris avec le confort d'un vrai appartement. Vraiment top. Julien

Convenabil si util

Studioul este foarte bine situat pentru a vizita Parisul - statia de metrou Chateau Vincennes se afla la 10 min de mers lejer - si este utilat corespunzator cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Gazdele sunt foarte discrete si gata sa te sprijine in orice situatie. Locuinta a fost amenajata foarte ingenios prin transformarea unei parti dintr-un garaj, motiv pentru care temperatura interioara este un pic cam scazuta, dar cu putina bunavointa se poate supravietui in conditii excelente. In zona din proximitate este liniste, iar cartierul pare destul de sigur. Cei cu autoturism au la dispozitie la cateva sute de metri o parcare subterana, contra cost. Recomand aceasta proprietate.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Parigi senza rinunciare alla tranquillità

Appartamento bene arredato, completo di tutto il necessario in una zona tranquilla alle porte di Parigi. Nonostante la casa si trovi a Fontenay sous Bois, siamo a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Castello di Vincennes, (da visitare!) e dalla stazione della metro linea 1 con la quale si raggiunge velocemente il centro di Parigi. Vincennes è dotata di tutti i servizi, è possibile passeggiare nel corso per lo shopping o nel vicino Bois de Vincennes per rilassarsi nel verde. La cittadina è tranquilla e la zona intorno alla casa risulta poco trafficata e silenziosa. Per noi che eravamo in quattro la casa è risultata perfetta, sia per lo spazio che per l'attrezzatura in dotazione (tv, wi-fi, lavastoviglie, forno micronde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frigorifero con congellatore, aspirapolvere, phon, lavatrice e ferro da stiro; fornita anche la biancheria da letto e da bagno su richiesta a pagamento). Infine, una parola su Julien che si è dimostrato un ospite premuroso, attento, cordiale e discreto. Ci è stato utilissimo nel risolvere alcuni problemi con le prese della corrente (in Francia non è possibile utilizzare prese a tre, con la terra), ci ha fornito mappe ed indicazioni preziose e ci ha dato la massima disponibilità sugli orari di arrivo e di partenza. Ottima vacanza, sistemazione consigliabile a chi non ama soluzioni prettamente "turistiche" ed è pronto a calarsi nella vita della città. Grazie di tutto e un caro saluto a Julien!

Ravis de notre séjour !

Location parfaite pour visiter Paris, l'accès au centre de Paris se fait facilement en transports en commun. Le quartier est très calme et agréable, avec tous les commerces à proximité.
