Nice pool and garden for relaxing. Room OK and clean, I miss the water cooker but there was a fridge. Real nice personal in the lobby day/evening, helpful with tours and taxi/tuk tuk. Quiet place you need a tuk tuk to go to Alona Beach for action/shopping.

Clean room, asked for a different pillow and was given one promptly. Lots of rules. No room service. Mary Ann and MJ were excellent servers - both showed great respect, care & truly deserve a promotion!! Our view was exceptional!!!!!!
