Need a refund immediately The unit itself veey nice. But the power ruined the whole stay. No lights in 2 days!! I will not stop complaining until I get my money back. "

My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"
