"TERRIBLE a NIGHTMARE No lights did no work for 2 days an nobody helped No power the switches did not work did no shower in 2 days the water Pomp did nor work because of no power. Need a refund immediately The unit itself veey nice. But the power ruined the whole stay. No lights in 2 days!! I will not stop complaining until I get my money back. "

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"We were early to check in so they let us drop off our luggage and come back. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included for us and had a variety of breakfast options such as pastries, eggs, pancakes, meat and cheese, etc., plus any drink such as cappuccino, etc. It was a 10 min walk to the Como S Giovanni train station, and a 10 min walk to the lake.
