"Aardig hotel .geen hoog vlieger . Geen wc rol hanger , geen zeep bakje .simpel ontbijt maar kon er mee door . Het personeel was aardig . Beetje ver van het centrum. Het verkeer is een chaos om er te komen . Al met al de prijs die we betaalden kwam redelijk overeen met de kwaliteit."

"The room was clean that’s the good thing. Personally it was not my cup of tea. The area was not walkable and it’s in a rundown area near the airport. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. As soon as I got there I found other accommodations. I couldn’t stay. Since I paid for it I thought I’d spend my last days there since it was close to the airport but when I got there I asked for a floor heater and the electricity went out. I left again. I stayed at a hostel in San Blas that was sooooo...

"Property was clean, very welcoming. The front desk lady was very professional and share information like restaurants near by and things we could do around there also great customer service with breakfast information and time."

"Contratamos una habitación con tina y nos dieron otra, mas chica, incomoda. Quisimos usar el SPA y estaba reservado, no tienen margen en la atención, fueron crudos en la respuesta, deberían tener cierta flexibilidad."

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time."

"Alojamiento tipo boutique, muy céntrico, con unas habitaciones cómodas y modernas. La atención personal fantástica y el desayuno maravilloso a la carta incluído."

"It was a budget hotel next to the airport. Rooms were really cold, and it took a while for the water to warm up. Friendly staff. Spartan room with older TV. Breakfast 7-9 am, checkout 10am. Both kind of early. Let us store bags on checkout day for free."

"This is one of my favorite boutique hotels around! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, which by the way they open for you. The rooms are all different and quaint and cozy. The Pisco sours are the best and the atmosphere is excellent. My favorite plus is the warm heating pad that he used to heat up your bed at night and to warm you up around the fire pit if it’s cold outside."

"We had a lovely stay for our first two nights in Peru while acclimatizing to the altitude! The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Coffee, tea, and water were always available, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The only minor downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the hallway quite clearly. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d happily recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful place, staff are incredibly helpful. Near the main plaza."

"The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and a few rotating dishes each day, including local Peruvian specialties. Everything tasted excellent. The staff consistently went out of their way to help, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is about a 10–15-minute walk from the central plaza. They also provide complimentary snacks and tea, which we enjoyed every day. We had a wonderful stay!"

"100% recommend"

"We loved the hospitality that John offered us during our stay. It’s a good place to stay if you have children. My favorite part was the breakfast, it’s fresh and wholesome."

"Todo estaba correcto, súper limpio y el personal muy atento. Excelente!"
