The studio was clean but dated. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom drained very slowly. We were on a ground floor studio and once the upstairs neighbours moved in we could hear the thumping of feet very loudly, also we could hear our next door neighbours dog barking within their studio, too.

Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. ...

Our stay was lovely. We had to cut our trip a day short due to the incoming snow storm but other than that it wasn’t bad.Only cons we had were the fact that the unit was quite dirty/broken. Blue Mountain Escape at North Creek Resort
The room was clean and neat. Sheets and towels provided. The dishwasher was still full of (clean) dishes that we had to put away. Just a suggestion for the future, the hot tub was absolutely disgusting (all foamy and smelled horrible), maybe tell renters to use it at their own discretion. Thank ...
