A unique apartment, featuring an unedited design and composition in Val Gardena.
It is an attic studio, which despite being a single space, still boasts a particularly smart use of the spaces, by partially dividing the sleeping and living area with kitchenette. It comes with a double bed (Note size: 150 cm x 200 cm), a living area, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and window.
The living area is particularly comfortable as it comes with many compartments and a spacious retractable table.
There two flat screen TVs, one for the day area and one for the night area.
The modern kitchenette comes with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
The apartment also offers a washing machine in it.
Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.
Important information:
According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 2
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

The Loft on 1236 is a unique apartment, set in the full town center of Ortisei Val Gardena, at the corner of the St. Anthony’s Square, directly on the pedestrian area.
This outstanding modern loft was recently built and it stands out from all other objects in Val Gardena due to its style and smart composition.
This exclusive holiday rental is located in a very central position, at the corner of the St. Anthony’s Square, but it does not look towards the pedestrian area. The pedestrian area runs by just in front of the house, which makes the immediate access to shops, bars, restaurants and other services particularly comfortable.
It is the perfect position for every kind of holiday, in each season of the year.
The automatic stairs leading to the Seceda cableway is only 100 meters away, the Alpe di Siusi cableway is also only 200 meters away.
The central bus stop of Ortisei, allowing you to take busses to all directions, is only 50 meters from the house.
The Loft on 1236 offers daily free access to the public pools Mar Dolomit, set 300 m from the house. The use of its saunas is also included two times a week (only in winter)
The property offers one parking space in a nearby parking garage and includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, ski deposit, linen and towels too.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
