In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the common bus lines) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda cable car. Buses run with a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. In summer, however, the proximity of the bus stop and of the town center, where you find the Luis Trenker promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous. The house is also particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a small public children playground with a small football field right below the house. You will find various grocery shops, restaurants, laundry and other services less than 100 metres from the house.
