Welcome to this lovely one-bedroom apartment at the Villamartin Plaza overlooking the communal pool. This absolutely beautiful apartment is ideal for holidays in Spain throughout the entire year with beautiful views of the pool and the 1st hole of the Villamartin Golf course. The apartment is part of the Villamartin complex and only a minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza, you can have a peaceful evening should you wish. The apartment features a large balcony with a sofa and chairs perfect to enjoy the sun, views, or just a glass of vino watching the sunset and of course over the communal pool. There are a large living room and dining area suitable for 4 with a full UK TV package and air conditioning. The American-style kitchen is fully fitted to cater for all featuring all mod con's. There is a very large bathroom with a separate built-in shower. The bedroom is large with twin beds, and built-in wardrobes. You can understand why this is such a sought-after holiday home in Spain!!!! You could not pick a better home for your holiday with all amenities on your doorstep and the views of a golf course 50 feet away!!!!

About 50 feet away in the plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young, Tony Christie, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water, and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 50 euro end-of-stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

We had a lovely stay Graham let us in he was lovely showed us how everything worked, well equipped.The only negative comment is it needs new beds and pillows very badly stained with no pillows or mattress protectiers on.The apartment is nicely positioned overlooking the pool.

Great property

Wonderful apartment in a great location just a short walk to the plaza. Great communication from the managing team. Spacious and clean ideal for a couple with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Great value too, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Enjoyed our stay at villamartin, lovely restaurants and bars, maybe on the down side there was no supermarket for self catering plus as the pool had no chairs around it, i feel the owner could have provided a couple of deck chairs for your use. But good holiday.

El piso está genial, pero es un segundo sin ascensor

Faltaría especificar que es un segundo SIN ascensor. El sofá no se convierte en cama por lo que al ser 2 adultos y 2 niños…no entrábamos en la casa…tampoco nos han dejado sábanas para el sofá. También faltaban vasos…cubertería

Mangelhafte Unterkunft

Unterkunft vermietet für vier Schlafplätze. Tatsächlich waren es nur drei Schlafplätze für Mieter und kooperativ und sehr Unfreundlich, trifft falsche Behauptungen. Wir mussten eine Nacht auf dem Boden schlafen, da nur zwei Betten fertig waren und die anderen zwei Schlafplätze nicht. Am folgenden Tag hat uns die Vermieterin ein Klappbett zur Verfügung gestellt, welches kaputt war und die Matratze sehr verschmutzt war. Zudem kommt noch die Sicherheit im Stromkasten viel aus der Wand heraus. Die ganzen Kabel hängen runter und die Steckdose viel aus der Wand. Raus zu dem kommt, dass bei der Benutzung des Herdes ständig die Sicherungen rausgeflogen sind. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf keinster Weise jemanden empfehlen!

La limpieza en la cocina no fue la esperada, tube que limpiar cubiertos, platos y vasos. Estaban sucios con restos de comida, me pareció mal ya que tienes que pagar a parte cuando llegas 50 más por la limpieza se supone que todo tiene que estar limpio y en condiciones. Los armarios estaban sucios por dentro sobretodo bajo el desgue que perdía .. En la habitación hay un ventilador de techo pero no funciona, hay uno de esos de pie pequeño pero es imposible para dormir porque hace mucho ruido. Lo pasamos mal para dormir ya que hace mucha calor allí! Por todo lo demás bien!

Appartement agréable

L'appartement est joliment aménagé avec une décoration moderne. Belle salle de bain. Bien situé et calme. Proche du golf et supermarché à 2 minutes. Un petit bémol sur la propreté des parties communes à l'entrée de l'immeuble
