Large classic provençal looking house, fenced flat garden 3400 m2, large swimming pool 12.5 x 5.5 m, badminton, table tennis, pétanque, fruit trees and vegetable patch, barbecue, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms or shower rooms (one of the bedrooms with kitchenette, shower room, independent toilets and direct access to the garden can be completely independent if desired), large kitchen with Nespresso machine and cooking stone, veranda / dining room, piano, large terrace on the ground floor, covered terrace on the 1st floor (with possibility of sleeping there), 3 televisions, Wifi with fibre, fan in every bedroom, several outdoor tables for lunch and dinner in different corners of the garden, barbecue and plancha, hammocks, 5/6 parking spaces, automatic gate. Equipment for young children available (cot, high chair, baby relax, stroller, potty ...)

Charaktervolles Haus einer kulturvollen Familie mit wunderbarem Grundstück und riesigem Pool in Bestlage! Ruhige Umgebung, der Club Med ist gelegentlich zu hören, was uns amüsierte. 20 min zu Fuß nach Valbonne mit seinen Restaurants, 10 min zum Bäcker. Cannes und Antibes stressfrei mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit!

Good sized house. Very well equipped. Large pool. Plenty of places to relax or eat outside. Good local breadshop. Host is very helpful and attentive.It is a good location. Plenty of places to eat in Valbonne. Easy to travel to towns and villages and the coast and it is quiet.

We had a great time with our family of 7. One of the things we loved was the possibility to walk to Valbonne, a lovely old village. The house is full of character and very authentic and homely. The garden is excellent for playing games and the pool area is really nice. We had the luck to have figs and kumquat from the garden. Marie-Anne is a great host, very kind and considerate.

This is our second stay at this wonderful homely house with its spacious garden and big pool. Garden so pretty with plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the sunshine or shade. Walkable to bakery and valbonne for shopping and eating highly recommend

Bastide au calme ,endroit bucolique,intérieur charmant et spacieux ,

Séjour agréable,jolie demeure parfaitement équipée pouvant accueillir 8 personnes à l aise,jardin spacieux,grande piscine.Propriétaire très disponible.Une amélioration majeure pourrait toutefois être la bienvenue:,moustiquaires surtout ….et climatisation dans les chambres!!Sinon,l endroit est au calme,charmant et très proche de tous les jolis villages avoisinants ainsi que de Cannes,Antibes…

Sommer 2024

Nach langer, aber entspannter Autofahrt durch Frankreich, wurden wir herzlich von der Vermieterin mit einem kleinen Empfang begrüßt. Das charmante und großzügige Haus war für unsere Reisegruppe (4 Erwachsene, 2 Teens und Hund) ideal. Das großzügige Grundstück mit schöner Aufteilung ließ uns den Alltag sofort vergessen. In ruhiger Umgebung gelegen mit kurzen Entfernungen zum Bäcker und in das bezaubernde Valbonne. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d' Azur (Monaco bis Saint Tropez) sowie das übrige Umland zu erkunden. Wir hatten herrliche zwei Wochen.

Fantastic house in quiet location

The house has lots of space inside and outside and is very well equipped. It is in a quiet area and Valbonne is a lovely town only a short walk away. Marie-Anne was very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Dream stay

We had a wonderful stay in Valbonne. We would highly recommend this very charming house. The house is extremely well equipped both inside and out with lots of little touches. We loved the very spacious garden en pool with all kind of little different corners where you could have a nice afternoon nap in the shades. The house is a 2 min drive away from Valbonne and Cannes and the surrounding beaches are very close as well. But in all honesty there is no reason to leave this lovely house and surrounding grounds. It has all you need for a perfect holiday with adults, kids and teenagers.

A relaxing perfect holiday

Beautiful Provençal style house with large garden close to Valbonne. We were a family with grandchildren and a family friend, There was plenty of space to relax and we all enjoyed the large pool. Valbonne is beautiful and the surrounding area. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Very helpful owner who communicated well and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa in typical French style

As a family of five, we booked this beautiful property for 7 days. Marie-Anne (hostess) was super friendly and helpful. The interior of the house is a mixture of art, culture and French tradition. We found it incredibly interesting and enjoyed it very much. In the future, however, one or the other would have to be repaired or replaced (skirting strips, silicone in the shower, flush fitting). The location of the property is wonderful and quiet. The pool is huge and was a constant draw for us.In the garden you could pick tomatoes for your own consumption. The vegetable garden could be a bit better maintained though. All in all we really enjoyed our time there. Many thanks to Marie-Ann for this incredibly nice and friendly communication.

wonderful stay despite of the heat wave!!!

we have just returned from a pleasant two week stay at this quirky, charming house. Pleasant moments were had by all at the beautiful pool and dining "en famille" on the patio outdoors-even although we were constantly bombarded by hornets!...Prior to our stay the owner had kindly contacted us and provided necessities for our young grandchild which was much appreciated. We arrived during a heatwave and the house-having no air conditioning-proved insufferable even with fan-forcing two guests to leave early and check into The Fours Seasons Hotel in Nice for the remainder of their holiday. our 3 month old grandson was also suffering terribly-so on our second day we were obliged to purchase a portable air conditioning unit-otherwise the young family would have had to return home for the child's safety-perhaps an AC unit available in one area of the house might be a consideration for future guests comfort. Quirky and charmingly furnished-yes BUT everyday items were " almost all broken and rather tired"-chipped crockery, cracked water glass, make-shift coffee machine(we purchased one on the first day)-broken chairs and sun loungers and parasols, broken bed in the apartment-and unfortunately the fridge broke down during our first week due to the heat in the house-thankfully we were saved by a neighbour who provided us with a spare. But in spite of everything we enjoyed our stay and the owner was extremely helpful.

Lovely comfortable house in great location. Lots of space outside in charming surroundings. Large pool for family swimming and fun. Well located for Valbonne either walking or by car. Plenty of facilities nearby and would be more than happy to revisit. Very helpful host and other staff.

Lovely stay

Fantastic location - 15 minute walk to the centre of Valbonne a stunning town, lovely square and busting with restaurants, cafes, boulangeries and patisseries. 25 minutes from Cannes and Antibes. 10 minutes from Biot. Marie-anne was extremely engaging and responded swiftly to any of our questions and was very helpful with recommendations. The villa is large. Has also a separate large bedroom with own shower and washing machine area- so great if travelling with elderly or parents and want a little separate space. The pool was fab, very large. Lots of green space around and tranquility. All in all a fab stay. Thank you!

Exceptionnel

demeure et site d'exception, dans lesques nous avons sejourné deux années consécutives. Tout y est exceptionnel, les prévenances de Marie Anna et l'accueil de Marie y ajoutent grandement. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers soient au mieux (ah tiens, un nouveau barbecue !), et la villa est exceptionnellement bien agencée, grande, et arborée d'un splendide jardin. François

Schönes Haus, großer Pool, tolles Grundstück

Wir waren zu siebt in Marie-Annes Haus, vier Erwachsene und drei Teenager. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Der Platz ist ausreichend, es gibt ein zusätzliches Außenbett auf dem großen Balkon zwischen den "Kinderzimmern". Im Erdgeschoss ist ein großes Zimmer mit King Size Bed und separater kleiner Küche und Bad. Hier ist man fast unabhängig vom Rest. Es gibt ein weiteres Bad im Erdgeschoss und noch eines im ersten Stock. Die anderen drei Schlafzimmer, plus Bett auf dem Balkon, sind ebenfalls im ersten Stock. Es gibt 2 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Doppelbett. Die Betten sind bequem, nicht zu weich. Die Küche ist groß, wir haben aber auch oft draußen gegessen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. einen Wintergarten. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gemütlich, heimelig und einfach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was wir brauchen. Die beiden Waschmaschinen waren toll. Das absolute Highlight war für uns der wirklich große Pool. Wir waren von morgens bis abends darin, er wurde reichlich genutzt. Das Grundstück ist groß und wunderschön, unser Hund fand es auch toll dort. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, Valbonne ist ein sehr hübsches Dorf und viel näher als Opio. Man kann zu Fuß dorthin laufen. Abends ist es auf dem Marktplatz immer voll, es gibt gutes Essen dort. Es gibt einige Shops dort und Freitags einen großen Markt in der ganzen Altstadt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und Marie-Anne ist eine sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

tres belle villa dans une région inmanquable

tranquillité et sérénité dans cette villa où tout est pensé et organisé par la propriétaire pour avoir un séjour paisible. Rien ne manque dans cette propriété en outre véritablement habitée par une âme provençale, où l'on peut se promener dans le splendide jardin ou dans les rayonnages des bibliothèques occupant les différentes pièces. On en serait presque jaloux de laisser un tel commentaire, de peur que l'endroit finisse par être connu, trop connu ...

Un petit coin de paradis...

C'est une belle maison et tellement agréable à vivre, on s'y sent tout de suite bien ! l'accueil est sympathique et très bien organisé. Le jardin est superbe et la piscine est grande. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, et avons passé une chouette semaine en famille ! N'hésitez pas !

Magnifique maison

Quel bonheur de séjourner dans cette propriété au calme et finalement près de toutes les visites des sites à voir dans le coin. La piscine a été bien appréciée, grande comme il faut et adapté aux petits comme aux grands. Accueil fort sympathique également. Je recommande !!!
