"We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile."

"快適に生活するには十分な設備でした。朝食会場は隣なので少し迷いました。"

"Love the Peranakan deco and architecture. Your smart TV is best when it was raining and you are stuck back in your hotel. The complimentary breads are nice t very good. You can do local cookies, pastries and better breads. Room 3 shower tiles need to re caulking or renewed. Love the bathroom tiles selections. Room 3 is good layout however, windows are too close to the temple(next door) around 8-830p until 10. They have conversations a bit disturbing."

"The bathroom need more care. There is stains in my bed cover"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. The WiFi was fine, but not as consistent as I would have liked."

"附近有很多吃的小店，步行距離即可到達。房間很大很舒適"

"整體方很好"

"鄰近有很多食肆，超級方便，不用乘搭grab也步行可抵達。"

"Central location."

"The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"Great location in Georgetown! Clean and super helpful staff! Would stay again and recommend!!!"

"The apartment is very spacious and clean. All amenities are very nice especially the hot and cold filtered water supply."
