Little Miss Cottages 7-8: 2BR by Everrow

  • Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, this air conditioned cottage sleeps up to four people, with two private bedrooms, each with a queen size pillow top bed and full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster). Each cottage has its own picnic table and gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!

    One of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach! This two bedroom beachside cottage sleeps up to 4.

    Guest has access to entire cottage.

    This cottage is proudly managed by Everrow Property. We want you to enjoy privacy and a contactless check in. We can be reached at any time during your stay via platform messenger or our guest phone line provided at check in.

    Just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and shops, trolley picks up every 1/2 hour, local sandwich shop, that makes the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach, is directly across the street!

    Address to the property is: 173 East Grand Ave. Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. From I-95 take Exit 36 - Saco/Old Orchard Beach. Parking included with stay.

    Little Miss Cottages operates as a typical short term rental unit such- while we have an office, it is not occupied by staff throughout the day like a front desk at a hotel. If you require an amenity or consumable, please contact the host like you would at another short term vacation rental via the platform messaging system or through our 24/7 guest hotline.

    We allow dogs with pet fee.

    Smoking is not allowed in the unit, outside is okay.

    Please note if you are staying in one of the Cottages on Wavelet Street the space on the street in front of the cottage is public and not part of the rental. Our dedicated parking spaces are in the driveways between the cottages. Thank you!

La maison, quoique vieille, est propre. Les matelas pourraient être changés. Le lieu est parfait pour un séjour en famille, à quelques pas de la mer. L’extérieur est bien entretenu et l’aire de feu est parfaite pour passer de belles soirées.

This is a pet friendly cottage with close proximity to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and amusements of Old Orchard Beach. The property is VERY rustic but very clean with a lot of towels and comfortable beds. Our biggest complaint is that the internet is weak and unreliable. This is a problem for anyone who needs to work remotely or if your kids want to watch TV on a rainy day or in the evening. This property met most of our basic needs.

It was a very enjoyable weekend stay. Cottage was clean and comfortable. The water heater was a bit noisy as was the traffic noise at the front bedroom, but otherwise, could not have ask for more. Perfect access to beach.

First off the guest log in didn’t work so communication on arrival wasn’t received . So called to find out which cottage it was . Then got in and no TV and no remote , no hot water but Nicole got right into gear to get those things fixed for us . The beds were too high for us we had a hard time getting in them . The place is pet friendly and the beach is really close so it was just perfect

Send message asking where to put trash upon check out & never got an answer back. Also wanted to let host know of mice droppings in pan drawer.but no one was avaliable.
