"We booked this property for our bi-annual family gathering in Chatham. Our priorities were the heated pool/spa and ping pong, but this beautiful home had so many more highlights. New construction and the owners have thought of everything to make a family stay comfortable. We did lots of cooking in the beautiful kitchen, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the game/exercise room was a huge hit and the yard provided a place for outdoor games.
