  • Este es un hermoso condominio de casa de campo en la planta baja con un verdadero Wow! sintiendo como entras por la puerta principal. Los propietarios se han tomado un gran tiempo y cuidado al remodelar y amueblar su condominio con un tema náutico atractivo y elegante de Ralph Lauren.

    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king pillow-top, TV de plasma y maravillosas vistas al puerto y al océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, armarios empotrados con TV de pantalla plana y espacio de almacenamiento, y vistas al jardín tropical. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen superior, chimenea personalizada y televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 50 pulgadas. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4-6 personas. Todo el condominio cuenta con gabinetes y pisos personalizados, encimeras de granito y maravillosas vistas al puerto y al océano desde varias ventanas. La gran cubierta trasera al aire libre tiene asientos en la parte superior de la barra para 4, una pequeña parrilla de gas y maravillosas vistas al puerto y al océano ... ¡Sin mencionar la brisa fresca del océano y las increíbles puestas de sol!

    Cocina totalmente funcional, ropa de cama, toallas, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, juguetes de arena, refrigerador y sombrilla para su uso. Internet wi-fi de alta velocidad y llamadas de larga distancia a los EE. UU. Sin costo adicional. Un Pack-n-play también está disponible para su uso. Esta es una excelente casa de campo en la esquina, con una gran área de césped al lado del condominio, ideal para parejas y familias que buscan unas vacaciones especiales en la playa de Oceanside.

Great location. We have stayed at this property complex before: North Coast Village, just tried a different unit this time. Walking distance to the beach and pier.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable beds, but the sofa sleeper has a very thin mattress, and other than small children it is very uncomfortable.

Great sunset views

This was such a great condo for our family of 4. The best part was the deck and view of bay/ocean and when in the living area you feel secluded because there is a grassy area on the side instead of other condos. With kids the best vacation you can ask for is with a pool, a beach, and walking to restaurants. Will definitely come back!

Clean, beautiful stay in Oceanside!

A national soccer event for my son brought us to Oceanside, CA. We invited grandparents to tag along and reserved this beautiful cottage in North Coast Village. G23 had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants and shops, and loved our close proximity to the beach. We loved having a beach umbrella for shade for the grandparents, and boogie boards for our kids. All ages liked feeding the koi fish, and we enjoyed a night in the wonderful pool. If soccer brings us back again next year, this will be my first reservation! Thank you for having us in your clean and beautiful property.

Wonderful Escape

Beautifully maintained Condo, with everything you need for a " No problem" get away. Family of 6 had plenty of room and a comfortable stay. The grounds are like being in a garden of fun. Paths, bridges, streams, and something fun to do everywhere you turn. I honestly can't find a thing to criticize. Loved it so much that we are coming back in September for a longer stay. Thank you North Coast. P.S. I am spreading the word about this place!!

Beautiful property!

Everything was clean, and wonderfully decorated. My only complaint is the cleaning charge. We were required to clean all counters, strip all bedding, run dishwasher, and empty trash before our departure. For a 1,000 square foot unit, and the outrageous cleaning fee, that should not have been a requirement of us before our 10:00 am checkout. Otherwise we were told it would jeopardize our large security deposit. If this wasn't the case, we would use this unit for our regular "go to place" as we frequent San Diego often.

Great vacation!

We have stayed at NCV many times. This was our first time staying on the harbor side. We enjoyed the location of this unit, as well as the updated decor. Easy access to the beach and harbor.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is very nice, very well stocked. It was nice to have a few essentials in the condo. Bathrooms were clean. The floors made my white socks black!! Could use some new carpet and furniture. Absolutely loved the patio!!

It’s a great place!

We stayed there with our little family and it was packed with beach equipment that made everyone smile. We enjoyed the sunsets and the fireworks from our balcony and loved it! We didn’t care for the kitchen table or the uncomfortable kitchen table chairs. We recommend replacing the outdated kitchen appliances (coil stove top) and especially the old school glass cutting boards. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend G23 to others.

Great family getaway

This is our third time staying at north coast village and this was our favorite property so far. The communication with the owners was excellent. They had us fill out a survey about our favorite drinks before hand. When we got there they were in the fridge waiting for us. As well and a cute little goodie basket. This was such a nice touch the owners definitely go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The unit was clean, fairly updated and nice. We love the view of the harbor and ocean. The only suggestion I would make is that they need new beach chairs. They had one newer one and the rest were all broken and falling apart. Overall we loved it and had such a great time. We would definitely book this unit and again and hope to in the future.

North Coast Cottage

We have been coming to NCV for 16 years now. We have stayed in a lot of different units. The view was incredible. The location was a little farther away from the ocean than I originally thought. The train would come by multiple times a day and through the night waking us up. Each night we had skunks come rummage through the back patio. On one occasion we had kids on an air mattress sleeping on the patio when the skunk came through. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. Baseboards were filthy, walls were filthy cupboards were dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. Family room chairs were gross. We had a great time regardless, overall the unit was just ok.

Great unit, great location

Had a great time at this unit...ths location within Oceanside is great and views were phenomenal. The unit is well oppointed with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor grill needs some attention, we tried a new propane tank and still could only get a portion of it to work, we ended up using the communal grills by the pool. Otherwise A+
