• Bedroom #1 (Master): King bed + twin bunk + twin roll away (sleeps 5)
• Bedroom #2: Queen-over-queen bunk + twin roll-away (sleeps 5)
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Living room: Couch & Air Mattress (sleeps 3)

There are two updated bathrooms-one with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo for kids, making morning and evening routines easy.

• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Spa heating is available for $100/day and available from 8:00AM to 10:00PM daily! There is a 2-day minimum charge for spa heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Simply press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.
